Qualification for the 22 nd US Jr. National Taekwondo Championship Competitors must perform the USTU/ WTF Forms appropriate for their rank. Age Eligibility: competitors should compete in the age division that is the same as their current age at the time of the State Championship. For example, a child who is 13 years of age at the time of the State Championship would compete in the 12-13 year old division. Should that child turn 14 years old before June 30, 2002 that child would then be eligible to compete in the 14-17 year old age division at the Junion Olympics. Age division is based on the child s age at the time of participation in that competition; State championship age may be different from Junior Olympic Age Division.
