PACKET PICKUP Coaches should pick up their team s meet packet at the registration room located upstairs at the Toronto Track & Field Centre beginning at 8:00am. MEET ADMISSION All entry to the indoor track will be wrist bands. Wrist bands for athletes and coaches will be distributed with the team s packet. Each team will be allotted 1 coach s wrist band for every 10 athletes. Coaches must be registered with MTA. EVENT SCHEDULE The meet will operate on a rolling schedule. Each event will begin at the conclusion of the previous event. A copy of the tentative schedule is enclosed. HEAT SHEETS & RESULTS Results will be posted on the website www.minortrack.org. Heat sheets and results will be posted on the south wall and upstairs behind the stands. ATHLETES CHECK-IN All athletes in running events must first check in at the CHECK-IN table prior to the start of their event. Field event athletes must check in directly to their event when the event is called. STARTING HEIGHTS Exact starting heights will be determined by meet management after all entries are received. STARTING BLOCKS All starting blocks are provided by the host. Personal blocks are not allowed. FIELD EVENTS All athletes will get only three attempts in the Long Jump and Shot Put events. Top 8 will get 3 additional attempts.
