Section 1001 provides that: Whoever, in any manner within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up any trick, scheme, or disguises a material fact or makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statements or representations or makes or uses any false writing or document knowing same to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statements or entry, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years or both. RGP 3 Permit Conditions Checklist: In order to ensure that your project is in compliance with the GCs of RGP 3, please complete the below checklist. Please refer to RGP 3 for the full text of the GCs: General Condition Rationale for compliance with GC 1. Special Conditions: You shall comply with all special conditions placed on the RGP #3 verification 2. Endangered Species and Essential Fish Habitat: No Activity may jeopardize species or adversely affect critical habitat. No work may affect a species or adversely affect EFH until requirements of Section 7 are completed. 3. Cultural Resources: No activity may affect cultural resources until the requirements of Section 106 are completed. 4. Pilings: Use of vibratory hammer preferred.
