Le Castellet Motors Cup Paul Ricard, 29 / 30 / 31 March 2019 FINAL EVENT INFORMATION The Circuit Opening of the Paddocks The Paddocks will be open for access: Thursday 28 th 14h00 22h00 08h00-19h30 If you are arriving at the circuit before the paddocks open on Thursday afternoon, you will be parked inside the circuit at Parking G - see Venue Map on next page for location. There is water and electricity in Parking G but you cannot stay in your truck overnight in this area. Page 1 of 8
Venue Map Passes and Tickets No tickets or passes will be issued in advance of the meeting. You can collect your passes when you sign on at the Competitors Welcome Office, VIP lodge 6, 1 st floor in the pit building. Drivers will receive 5 passes (8 with 2 drivers). Thursday 28 th 14h00 19h00 08h00 19h00 If you not arriving until Saturday morning, your tickets will be available to collect at the at the main entrance gate (Porte Principale on the above map). Paddock Map Private Car Parking Each Competitor will receive 2 car passes. Private cars must be parked in the competitors car park (Areas C, D or P3) All trailers, camping cars and motorhomes will be parked in their dedicated areas. Page 3 of 8
Track We will be using the Formula One Grand Prix circuit which is 5.821km. Please note that the Pit Entrance has been updated since this map was issued. Track Walk It will be possible to walk the Paul Ricard track on Thursday from 17h00 to 19h00. Friday Private Practices There are Private Practice sessions available on Friday from 10h10 please book via the HVM website www.hvmracing.fr section «Le Castellet Motors Cup / Private Practice» to receive the discount price of 120 or 240. If you book at the circuit the sessions are 150 or 300. Pit Garage Allocation Teams who have booked garages will need to pick their keys up (Deposit 50.00) at the Competitors Welcome Office in the pit building at the following times: Thursday 28 th 14h00 18h00 08h00 18h00 If you have booked a Pit Garage, the pit garage parking plan is attached. All other competitors that have not booked a Pit Garages will be based in the main paddock as per the Paddock Map on Page 3. Race Sign-on Signing on for the race event will take place in the Competitors Welcome Office, VIP lodge 6, 1 st floor in the pit building. A full catering service will be available from 08h30 on Friday and Saturday and from 08h00 on Sunday morning. Each driver is entitled to 2 VIP Drivers Club passes for the weekend. If you have more than one entry you are entitled to one additional VIP pass per entry. If you are planning to use your early-bird passes at this event, please book in advance. Extra hospitality passes can be purchased in advance at 30/ 35 per person per day ( 12.50 for kids under 12 and FOC for under 5s).
