We are averaging more spectators for volleyball than basketball 1. Getting ready for Haunted Woods. - Looking into the possibility of selling chili or any type of hot food 2. We make $40-$50 for concessions for volleyball games before payout 1. If we do the luck of the paw fundraiser again we need to space it out more. No report 1. He wanted to give the check back and walk away from the project, but decided not to. 2. Jaime is looking into having the 1200A picked up 3. Rachel has a projector and will check to see if it works. John Arnold will let us borrow a canopy as a movie tent. 4. Brandon will check with local AD s to see about printing coupons on the back of tickets. 5. Yard signs will be here tomorrow or Monday. We will find a night to go out and place the signs. 6. Woods workers want to do a monster rally. They want to scare people before we send wagons back 7. We are decorating the concession stand as a pirate ship 8. We need to pay for hay from Ellis Shane will talk to Allstar about board member shirts Jeff will call about signs for the batting cages

9. We should have 4 trailers, still need tractors. 10. Who will order souvenirs? 11. Jason Pollitt will bring up a fire truck to entertain kids. 12. Kids part starts at 5, last wagon will be done at 6:30 13. We have 5 security people and they will use the back concession stand as their meeting area New Business 1. Doug Lefferson contacted Brandon. He was able to chose an organization to donate $5000 to because he is retiring. He chose WJAA. 2. Jaime will check with Vince to see how much it would cost us to get the new lot finished before Haunted Woods 3. John would only charge $20 per truck load for gravel delivery. 4. (via google Hangouts) Bridge for the woods- What is it? Where we put the gravel to our new turn around where we are dropping guests off to enter the woods, is located on the other side of a swamp (when wet) 6ft deep by 40 ft wide hole (when dry). The thought was to build a bridge over this. Because currently we are having to take the guests on a path around the hole that puts them right next to the gravel lane we just put in that has our tractors driving on it. Cost: To build it to code with handrails at proper height etc. Scott priced all the treated lumber and materials to come out at a little more than $1000. Who: Scott has agreed to Build it and Alan Fink has agreed to help him. Alan is a contractor by trade. Donation: After I refused to put it to a vote because it was too much money, Scott went to Kibler Lumber today. They have agreed to donate more

than half of the cost of the materials. They will sell us the materials for $460.60 Future Plans 1. Indoor practice facility 2. Sign with message center to replace what we have in order to advertise 3. Upgrade concession stand with new cabinets etc. 4. Need to get the back of the park draining properly field 6&7 (possibly contact the REDS) 5. Having fields with lights and straighten the backstops 6. Dedicated soccer fields 7. Replace all fencing 8. Fix up back concession stand 9. Pave the walkway from parking lot to the baseball fields Items voted on for this meeting: 1. Spend up to $460 on building a bridge in the woods, All approved (via hangouts) 2. Buy new fog machine for Haunted Woods for $100-$200, All approved (via hangouts) Tabled Topics 1. Raffling off tractor 2. Contact mayor about Beer Garden 3. TV for concession stand Motion to close meeting 1 st Geri 2 nd Sarah @ 11:06
