Valley Metro Rail Northwest Extension On Saturday, March 19, Valley Metro Rail opens its second light extension on 19th Avenue in Phoenix to Dunlap Avenue. Three mile extension Brings total miles of rail to 26 Connects six schools, places of worship and senior living facilities among approximately 300 businesses
