Dear Potential Advertiser, On behalf of the City of Findlay Recreation Department and The Flag City Sports Complex, we want to thank you for your support of recreation in the City of Findlay. The Flag City Sports Complex has grown significantly, and we are very excited about the opportunities this complex will provide to our community. The complex includes the following facilities: The Cube Ice Arena, three meeting rooms, full concession stand, spacious lobby, restrooms, locker rooms, Zamboni and home to the City of Findlay Recreation Department Roethisberger Football Field Full size football field with scoreboard The Marathon Diamonds Premier five-field lighted baseball and softball complex with a full concession stand and restrooms Blanchard Valley Health Systems Miracle Park Miracle field and playground for ALL individuals with cushioned surfaces and barrier-free for play and includes restrooms. It is home to the Miracle League of Findlay The complex also includes large, lighted parking lots and a paved walking path around the perimeter of The Marathon Diamonds. It s location is convenient for both out-of-town visitors and local residents since it is situated right off of I-75 and North Main Street. The Cube Ice Arena is used by ice partners September through Mid-March and again May through Mid-July. These ice partners include Findlay Amateur Hockey Association, Silver Blades Figure Skating Club, Gliding Stars, Findlay Men s League, Findlay High School Hockey, and The City of Findlay Recreation Department. Approximately 99% of the primetime ice is occupied by these ice partners for practices, games, competitions, ice shows, exhibitions, lessons, and public skates. Roethisberger Football Field is home to the Findlay youth football organization who practices and plays games August through October. Participants and spectators use The Cube Arena for restroom facilities and concession stand items. The Marathon Diamonds hosts games, tournaments, practices, and events March through October. It is home to The University of Findlay Men s Baseball and Women s Softball teams, Findlay Youth Baseball, Young Miss Softball, and Findlay Girl s Fast Pitch Softball. When the ice is not on at The Cube Ice Arena, other dry-floor events are organized and scheduled which have included: Wedding Showcase, Concerts, Mixed Martial Arts Competitions, Animal shows, Circuses, and more. Dasher Boards: Dasher boards are one of the most recognizable forms of advertising because of their placement at the ice level. Viewing Area: A highly visible form of advertising is the 4 ft. x 6 ft. wall banner above the lobby viewing windows. Their large size and recognizable location will capture the attention of spectators and skaters every day. It s a great place to market your business or organization. 4 ft. X 6 ft. - $200 Set-Up Fee: $45 September thru August Digital Signage: Digital Signage is a visible signage opportunity that will attract the interest of people that pass through the lobby area and use the concession stand during hours of operation. These people include football, ice sports, and others who come inside the lobby to make purchases at the concession stand. In-Ice Logos: Fans in the arena will see your logo as they follow play during games. All skaters will see your logo each time they touch the ice including those who attend public skating sessions. Marathon Diamonds & Youth Football Field Outdoor Wind Screens: Catch the attention of baseball and softball fans with your company logo on a 6 by 10 screen that encircles the outfield fence.
