The scope and level of competitors promises to make this one of the most dynamic, exciting competitions of recent memory. Without a doubt, your presence will add dimension and quality to a forum of elite athletes testing and honing their skills. Age has to be counted according to completed years on the day of the competition! Weighing: It happens by random before the given category. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to controll the weight of the competitors during the competition if it is necessary. In case the competitor was entered into a lower weight division than his actual weight, then the given competitor will be disqualified! The number of the participants is not limited! The Organizing Committe reserves the right to concentrate the categories depending on the number of the competitors!
Rules: Education-(WKF-Modified) Kumite (Eight Points-Flag System) 5 Judges, Kata (Flag System), Individual Kata will be applied with two athletes at the same time. All Styles Kata will be applied with one by one (kata categories from 5 until 13 years old, 2 competitors perform the kata simultaneously, except for medal matches. In medal matches aka and ao perform the kata separately) with 5 Judges. Kata and Kumite direct elimination, without repechage two third places! INDIVIDUAL KATA Please Note: You can participate in more age groups. For exaple: A girl: 8-9 years old kata can also compete in the category 10-11 years old kata A boy: 10-11 years old kata can also compete in the category 12-13 years old kata For Children and Minicadets (5-11, 12-13): In the final and for the third place it is possible to demonstrate or repeat any kind of kata. 5-7 years / 8-9 years: 1 kata, same kata can be repeated (can be more than 1) 10-11 years: 2 katas, 2 katas in rotation (can be more than 2) 12-13 years: 3 katas, different kata in each round, but after the 3rd round it is possible to repeat (the same kata, or different ones, but in rotation). From 14 years old upwards for Cadets, Juniors, U21 - Youth, Seniors and veterans : (Open-Free Kata) Can t repeat kata TEAM KATA We accept MIXED TEAM KATA, ie each mixed team may include: 2 girls +1 boys = girls team or 2 boys + 1 girls = boys team. INDIVIDUAL KUMITE Please Note: You can only participate in one category in one age group. For exaple: A competitor who is 10 years old and 46 kg in the contest can register at: A boy: KUB-14 / 10-11 years old - 46kg can also compete in the category KUB-19 / 12-13 years old - 48 kg. For all kumite competitors body protector are optional. Entry conditions: Every competitor appears at his/her own responsibility, the organizer doesn t take responsibility for any eventual injuries. Coaches or team leaders must sign a responsibility statement! The coaches must wear a tracksuit and sneakers. The total score on clubs: International Open Karate Championship has two distinct classifications: - For foreign clubs and national awards with the Karate Trophy "Bihor Open-Champions Tournament". - For clubs Ministry of Education-MENCS (Children and Pupils Palace) awards the Trophy Toamna Orădeană. - Scoring is the same in both versions: the place-i- 15 points, second-ii- place 10 points, third -III- place 5 points. Entrance conditions: Every competitor appears at his/her own responsibility, the organizer doesn t take responsibility for any eventual injuries. The Sports Passports or BUDO Passports must be showed up by the registration. In all categories the verification of the sports physician is needed (can competeregistration). Coaches or team leaders must sign a responsibility statement! The coaches must wear a tracksuit and sneakers.the coaches are required to check the validity of the verification of he sports physician and all competitiors are required to bring their valid health insurance certificate with them, because howing this is needed for a possible health provision. All competitors must have insurance as well. The entry is a declaration at the same about that the conditions are fulfilled, so about the competitor have a valid Sports Passports or BUDO Passports, verification of the sports physician, valid health insurance certificate and insurance as well. The leader is responsible for the lack of these documents. In the absence of any of the entrance conditions if it is found out the competitor or the team might be disqualified.
To certify the age the passport, to certify the karate degree the Sports Passports or BUDO Passports are accepted by the Organizing Committee.The person arriving at the registration is obliged to bring the passports and Sports Passports or BUDO Passports of all competitors. During the championship on the basis of a notice the age, degree and weight of the competitors will be checked by the Orgaizing Committee, so it is suggested from the competitors to keep their Sports Passports or BUDO Passports with them or with their leaders In the absence of this the competitor might be disqualified. In case the competitor is disqualified because of the coach or of the fault of the competitor, or in case the competitor stands off, the entry fee won t be paid back by the Organizing Committee! Entry fees: In individual events: 17 Euro / person / 1 event In team events: 40 Euro / team / event Deadline for entry: 05 th October 2016. time: 12.00 a.m.( E-mail) Protest: AFTER THE DEADLINE ABOVE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ENTRY! The protest has to be submitted in writing to the referee council (Chief Referees) of the tournament and 50 Euro, protest fee has to be deposited. If the protest is accepted by the referee council, the fee is going to be refunded. Accomodation: Accommodation can be done by the Commission to organize, on request. Prizes: 1-3 places: medals and certificates, the winner of each category will receive a plaques and special award offered by the sponsors. Cups for the first 3 foreign clubs and national (Romanian Federations and Clubs Martial Arts Karate or).
