Rialacha na Feile 1. Age as from 1 st January 2014 2. Objections must be lodged in writing within 1 hour of the results accompanied with a fee of 20.00. 3. Traditional Set Dances :- St. Patricks day, The Blackbird, Job of Journeywork, Garden of Daisies, King of the Fairies, Jockey to the Fair, 3 Sea Captains. 4. Entries only accepted from Teachers Registered with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha. 5. Make-Up and False Tan are not permitted in Bun and Tus Grad up to and including under 12 competitors. Children in all ages in Bun and Tus Grad may only wear:- Class Costumes, Skirt and Blouse or appropriate Civillian Clothing. No low cut tops permitted. 6. With regard to toe movements no Block, enpointe, stationery or moving is allowed to be performed for all ages up to under 12. However, An Coimisiun Rule, Dancers who will compete under 13 from 1 st January 2015, may perform enpointe movements from September 2014. 7. An Comisiun rules will apply if disputes arise that are not covered by the above rules. 8. Any form of unauthorised photography which has the capability to capture a dancer s image whilst in motion using electronic/manual means e.g. mobile phone, standard camcorder, cine recorder, commercial film with/without flash enhancement is expressly forbidden in competitions. 9. Parents are responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their children at all times whilst attending the Feis and within and around the hall. 10. The Feis Committee as far as practicable will provide a surface floor suitable for dancing. However the committee cannot accept any liability what so ever for injuries sustained while on stage or within the practice area. The lodgement of an entry will be deemed to be an acceptance of this provision by a dancer and by his/her parent or guardian. 11. Competitions may be brought forward by 30 minutes depending on the schedule-all dancers should be ready a half hour before the stipulated time 12. In order to comply with the health and safety measures, all dancers lining up side stage prior to any round of a competition will be required to perform a simple exercise of raising arms to shoulder level unhindered. If unable to do this due to the costume stitching or any arm attachments by the time of their rotation they will not be permitted to perform. 13. Make-up Rules (4.5 in CLRG Rule Book) 4.5.2 Make-up (including false eyelashes) is not permitted for dancers, in either solo or team competitions, up to and including the Under 10 age group. POINT OF CLARIFICATION For the purposes of this rule the term make-up includes tinted moisturizer and any artificial tanning products.
