Temporary Stabling will be available if required A 10 deposit per stable will be taken from you on your arrival. This will be refunded when you leave providing your stable is left clean. Any damage caused to the stables will be charged to the hirer. SHAVINGS, HAYLAGE & HAY ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE FROM THE STABLE MANAGER THIS CAN NOT BE PRE-ORDERED!!!! Bury Farm Pro/Am Rules Team Up and Win a Big Bonus Prize!!! Riders will be paired together; this can be done by you at the time of entry or will be done randomly by the show organises. If we have an un-equal number of competitors in the Pro & Am sections then the riders not paired following the draw will compete as individuals and will not be eligible for the Bonus prizes. Riders can only compete as either a Professional or an Amateur not both. Riders competing in both the small and large tour classes can have a different partner at each level. Horse/Rider Combinations will be awarded point in each class as follows: 1 st = 25, 2 nd = 18, 3 rd = 15, 4 th = 12, 5 th = 10 6 th = 8, 7 th = 6, 8 th = 4, 9 th = 2, 10 th = 1 The total points awarded to each pair will be added together with the winning pair receiving the most points. There will be two league tables, Small Tour & Large Tour. In the event of a tie the results in the Pro Grand Prix will be decisive. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The Show Organiser referred to in these Rules and Regulations shall hereinafter mean Bury Farm EC. Pro Am Tournament Jumping Championship will hereinafter be referred to as the Show. 2. Entries in all classes are confined to members of British Showjumping. All horses must be registered with the British Show Jumping. Unless competing on a Ticket to Ride, this will be charged at 3. 3. The Show, Show Organiser, Volunteer and Officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. 4. The Show Organiser retains as its absolute discretion the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future shows or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation. 5. Competitions The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions, as they think fit, with the approval of the British Show Jumping. 6. Smoking Smoking is not permitted within any of the showground buildings or stables. 7. Collecting Ring All warming up must be done in the designated Collecting Rings provided. Persons found abusing horses on the showground may be asked to leave. 8. Refund of Entry and Stable Fees Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.5.1. Any cancellations made after the close of Entry will be charged the full rate for any Stable Booking. 9. Represented Cheques Any payment that has to be represented to the bank for whatever reason will be subject to a 15.00 administration fee for each occasion. 10. Vehicles The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the ground even if locked and unattended. The Show Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned by such removal. 11. Dogs Dogs are permitted in the Lorry Park and car park only. They must be kept under control at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show Organiser, any person fails to control their dog/s they may be asked to leave the Showground. 12. Prize Giving The Show organiser reserves the right to withhold prizes if competitors do not attend the Official Prize Giving. 13. Objections Objection should be made in writing in accordance to BSJA Rule 198. Two Show Stewards will be appointed to the Show in accordance to Rule 96.2 14. Official Photographs Any photographs taken at the Championship by the Official Photographer may be used by the Show Organiser for promotional purposes. 15. First Aid A total of 4 per competitor per day will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition. A first aid show charge of 10 will be made for riders competing on all three days. 16. Vaccination Certificate All horses at the show must have a current and valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse found without a valid certificate will be asked to leave the show ground 17. Stallions No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorized agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury. 18. Close of Entries Entries will close on the official closing date. Should space be available late entries may be accepted. Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations. Any person coming to the show or involved in any aspect of the meeting is deemed bound by the General Rules & Regulations.
