Paid entries include three free crew passes. All drivers, crew, and additional personnel MUST sign in at Registration personally. Crew members who arrive after Registration closes must make prior arrangements with driver to obtain passes. All drivers must be SCCA members. Proof of membership, as well as Competition License or Novice Permit must be presented at Registration. Confirmation from the Club Racing Licensing Dept will be required for those whose license are pending and are the responsibility of the Entrant. Confirmation by the Registrar must be requested by 12:00 Noon, Wednesday June 3, 2015. Any car that never enters the course may receive a refund. Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to Hospitality or Registration before the completion of competition Sunday. The general public will be admitted to all non-hazardous area, including our paddock area. Please keep safety and security in mind. $2.50 of every entry will go directly towards the MidDiv VROOM Fund, and $5.00 will go to SCCA for the Volunteer Recognition Fee, to help support our SCCA volunteers THANK YOU WORKERS!!! GENERAL 1. This event is sanctioned by the Nebraska Region Sports Car Club of America. This event will be held under 2015 General Competition Rules and current SCCA Time Trial Rules except as modified by these Supplementary Regulations. 2. All races will be run as Regional Races (GCR 3.1.2). All Grids for Races will be determined by best lap time in previous Qualifying or Race Session, fastest to slowest. 3. All MiDiv Member Entries in all races will be eligible to receive MidAm Championship Series points. See applicable series rules for details. 4. All drivers must be SCCA members and hold a current competition license / novice permit per GCR 4.2 & 4.3. The Regional races are open to all current drivers, including licensed drivers from other SCCA-approved organizations, per GCR 3.1.2 and appendix C. Weekend SCCA memberships may be valid for drivers with other organization licenses; ask Registrar. 5. Proper SCCA credentials are required for entry into the pits or any hazardous areas. Members ages 15-18 allowed in hazardous areas only if they possess a current minor license issued by the SCCA, per GCR 4.5.3. 6. Nebraska Region SCCA, their Officers and/or Officials reserve the right to accept or reject any entry to this event. 7. The Chief Steward may be located via radio through another race official. 8. No driving on the course, prior to the start, during lunch, or after the close of activities without permission of the Chief Steward except by Race Officials. 9. Trophies may be picked up at Hospitality after the race results are official. No trophies will be mailed. Grid and Race results may be picked up at Hospitality. Hospitality location will be noted at Registration. 10. Access to the paddock is allowed outside of the hours of Registration by registering with the guard and showing SCCA membership. Everyone must sign in with Registration. 11. All participants must be off the premises by 8:00 p.m. the last day of the event. 12. Working AMB compatible transponders are required for all track sessions at Midwest Division events. All entrants should be sure they have a working transponder on their car; there are transponders available for rent at the track. If your transponder fails, Timing & Scoring may not have all your lap qualifying times available. A T sign displayed at the Start/Finish stand along with your car # indicates a problem with your transponder readings. 13. All motorized vehicles must only be operated by a licensed driver. 14. Unmanned aerial vehicles, also known as drones, shall not be used anywhere in the airspace over property. Professional Companies wishing to use drones for video or broadcast production shall contact SCCA National for more information on insurance and certification requirements, and gain written permission of Nebraska Region prior to the event. FACILITY RULES 1. Fire lanes must be kept clear. Violators will be towed. 2. The following fuel may be available at the track: 93 and 100 octane unleaded, 114 leaded. The fuel pumps are located east of the concession building. 3. Air and water are available and are located by the fuel pumps. 4. Dump waste fluids in the designated containers, which are located 100 feet west of the paddock on drivers right. 5. The competitors shall remove all tires from the premises. Participants may be billed a $20 charge for each tire left on the premises. 6. Limited electrical hook-ups for camping available; contact track to reserve 402-306-5015. There are no water hook-ups. 7. SCCA credentials must be carried at all times. 8. Parental or guardian supervision of all minors is required. 9. All pets must be leashed or inside a vehicle. Please pick up after your pet. 10. No race engines before 7:00 a.m. or after 10 p.m. 11. No ATV s, Pit Bikes, or Dirt Bikes allowed on the track, except by Race Officials. 12. Do not stand or sit on the Pit Wall or climb on fences. 13. Shoes that cover the entire foot and shirts are required in the hot pit area. 14. Smoking is prohibited in the hot or cold pit lane. 15. Speed limit in the paddock is 10 M.P.H. Please observe and comply for everyone s safety. 16. Report all fuel or oil spills to Track Management immediately. 17. No stakes in asphalt. Trailer jacks or anything that might sink into the asphalt MUST have a board underneath them. 18. All tow rigs should nose in to their row and empty into the driving lanes between the rows in the paddock. 19. Please take care of the facility. Pick up trash and clean up the paddock area, restrooms, showers, etc. after use. 20. Please observe & cooperate where all NO PARKING signs are posted. DRIVER & CREW 1. Yearly vehicle inspections should be completed prior to arrival at the track if possible. ANNUAL TECHS WILL BE DONE AT EVENT ONLY IF PREARRANGED WITH THE CHIEF SCRUTINEER OF TECH. PLEASE CONTACT THE CHIEF SCRUTINEER TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. Yearly vehicle tech inspections run on a 365-day basis and require presentation of the car, a logbook showing the previous year s inspection page, and (if required) original homologation certificates. Only car logbooks showing a complete yearly technical inspection (date less than 365 days from the date of event) will be accepted. Page 2

2. LOGBOOK NOTATIONS MADE SINCE THE ANNUAL INSPECTION BUT NOT APPROVED REQUIRE THAT THE VEHICLE BE BROUGHT TO TECH FOR INSPECTION. Single event tech inspections may be granted; however, we encourage drivers to get their yearly vehicle and gear inspections done before arriving at the track (particularly new vehicle inspections and initial issuance of logbooks). 3. Helmet and gear inspections run on a calendar-year basis. A current year helmet sticker shows only that gear has been inspected. If a helmet does not have a current year sticker, the helmet and all other driver gear and clothing must be presented at event tech for inspection. 4. Vehicle tech stickers will be issued at event tech upon successful completion of minimum event inspection requirements (GCR 5.9.2). 5. Compliance and/or safety inspections MAY be performed on the grid. No race vehicle will be allowed to enter the track without both a vehicle tech sticker and an annual helmet sticker in place. 6. Cars displaying minimum weight information for more than one class as required by GCR 9.3.29.D shall only display the appropriate weight for the class as raced (cover the other weights that are listed). 7. The top three finishers in each class must report IMMEDIATELY AND DIRECTLY to impound following their race. At the direction of the Chief Steward, SCCA Officials may show a board indicating impound requirements different from these supplemental rules. All drivers should be prepared to report to Impound at the conclusion of any track session and shall pay particular attention when leaving the track. 8. Any driver who hits a solid object, rolls or flips the car, or in the opinion of the safety personnel could have sustained injuries, must report to Medical within 30 minutes of the end of the session. That driver will not be permitted to compete until examined by medical personnel and approved for competition. 9. Impounded cars must be accompanied to Impound by the driver. Impounded cars may also be accompanied by the entrant and one crew member only. One of either the driver or entrant must stay with the car at all times. Impound will be held in the Tech area North of the concession building. 10. Scales will be available at the track during the hours that Tech is open and in operation for competitors who want to weigh their cars. The scales will not be available to drivers during impounding of race groups or worker lunch. 11. Tech may test fuel. Voluntary fuel testing is available through tech. A $5.00 charge per sample is required to defray reagent cost to NRSCCA. 12. ITE drivers must, upon demand, be able to produce one set of rules only; no mixing of different series rules or different years of the same series is allowed. 13. A 1, last lap sign or waving white flag indicating the last lap may be shown at the starter s stand for each race. 14. All Novice Permit holders must prominently display a clearly visible X the same size as their number on the side of their car next to their number and rear if there is a number present. 15. All people except race officials and competitors in the race must clear the grid area at the one minute warning. The field will not leave the grid until clearing is complete. 16. A crew member will be allowed to remain in the pit signal area. All crew must be behind the pit wall at the start of the race. 17. No refueling in the pits. 18. Pit exit. Upon leaving the pit lane the driver must stay left of the white line and merge onto the front main straight. 19. The lights at Start/Finish, Turn #1 (drivers left), Pit-out and Pit-in are not used. 20. Corner Station 9 is the black flag station. 21. Pit entrance. Stay on the left side of the white line when entering the pits from the track. The entrance is tight and narrows to 15 feet wide. THE PIT LANE SPEED LIMIT IS 25 M.P.H. All Drivers must make a complete stop when coming through the pit lane, unless they are leaving the track. 22. There will be no attempt at bump starting a vehicle while under flat tow. 23. Drivers must have, at a minimum, a race helmet, gloves and lap belt in place anytime race car is under flat tow on the race course. 24. Car number(s) must be clearly legible from a distance. 25. Drivers and/or entrants shall at all times during the event be responsible for the conduct of any and all individuals who have signed in through registration under the driver and/or entrant s name. This includes minors, guests, and pets. All individuals shall conduct themselves to the highest standard of behavior and sportsmanship. 26. There may be a split start for any of the groups but ONLY at the discretion of the Chief Steward. Track 1. Operation of two-way radios on the following frequencies, except by Race and Track Officials, is prohibited: 159.73500, 160.08000, 160.14000, 151.65500, 154.49000, 154.51500, 154.54000, 159.54000 2. offers a test and tune during their "Fast Friday" the day before the event. This Friday event is not an SCCA nor Nebraska Region sanctioned activity. Call Keith at 402-306-5015 for more information and reservations. Page 3

This event will be held under the current SCCA General Competition Rules (GCR) and amendments and current SCCA Time Trial Rules except as modified by the Supplemental Regulations for this racing event. All races are run in the Regional Race format (GCR 3.1.2). All MiDiv member race entries will be eligible to receive MidAm Championship Series points. All Regional drivers must be SCCA members.
