ATMS Phase 2 Project - Advanced Traffic Management System State Road 80/Palm Beach Boulevard & Hancock Bridge Parkway: SICE/Y-COM/C&E (Systems Integration Technology Company) is currently installing infrastruchire by trenching directional bores/ forming and pouring concrete for boxes/ for the ATMS System along the north and south side of Palm Beach Boulevard (SR 80) at various locations. SICE/Y-COM/Dynastar (Systems Integration Technology Company) will continue the directional bores and setting boxes in the NW area at Hancock Bridge Parkway heading east to finish at Hancock and Moody Road. Burnt Store Road from Diplomat Parkway to Tropicana Parkway: Construction Project - Week of July 23, 2018: This project consists of the initial widening of Burnt Store Road to four lanes. The project also includes installation of conduits under the road for the City
of Cape Coral. Motorists should expect intermittent northbound and southbound lane closures during nighttime/overnight hours/ weather permitting. During the week of July 23rd, expect lanes closures overnight/nighttime from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. while crews mill and resurface the roadway. Flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic. Motorists should use caution during this night work. The following streets will be closed on the westside of Burnt Store Road temporarily during the nighttime milling and paving operation: NW 4th Terrace NW 7th Street NW 9th Street NW 9th Terrace IVlotorists should follow the detour signs and seek alternate routes. This middle segment from Diplomat Parkway to Tropicana Parkway costs $6.7 million and the City of Cape Coral's utility conduits are $550/000. The contractor is Wright Construction. Cape Coral, Del Prado Blvd. at SE 2nd Street - Median Closure: The Lee County Department of Transportation is asking motorists to use caution in the area of Del Prado Boulevard and SE 2nd Street on Tuesday/ July 24. The southbound left turn lane on Del Prado Boulevard to SE 2nd Street will be closed off due to frequent left-turn traffic accidents. No left turns will be permitted at this location. This intersection is scheduled to be re-evaluated following planned improvements at the Hancock Bridge Parkway / Del Prado Boulevard intersection. Lee County RWA - Week of July 23, 2018 Estero Boulevard Construction - refresh Estero Boulevard/Waterlines - Lovers Lane to Albatross Street. Contractors for Fort Myers Beach and Lee County are installing new water main/ and sanitary sewer force main/ storm drainage/ sidewalk and rebuilding roadway on Estero Boulevard from Lovers Lane to Albatross Street. Motorists may experience daytime and nighttime intermittent one-lane traffic on Estero Boulevard. Flaggers will alternate traffic frequently, but motorists should expect delays. Crews are expected to work Monday through Friday and most Saturdays. Segment 2 - Lovers Lane to Albatross Street: Lovers Lane to just south of Donora Boulevard - Northbound traffic is shifted to the center lane. South of Donora Boulevard to Bay Mar Drive Northbound traffic has been shifted to the bay side from south of Donora Boulevard to Bay Mar Drive. The barrier wall has been installed in the center lane while crews mill, excavate/ and install the center lane drainage system. Barrier wall separates the northbound and southbound lanes. Motorists should expect to make U-turns when accessing properties on the opposite side of the road from the travel lane. Motorists exiting side streets between Voorhis Street and Bay Mar Drive must make right turns onto Estero Boulevard and then make a U-turn. Bay M:ar Drive to Strandview Avenue - Northbound traffic is shifted to the center lane. Segment 3 and 4 - Strandview Avenue to Albatross Street: Strandview Avenue to Flamingo Street - Northbound traffic is shifted to the center lane. Fort Myers - Villas: Lee County DOT will be performing drainage improvement work in Fort Myers Villas beginning April 30,2018. This project will be ongoing for many months. During the process/ there may be traffic inconveniences. Lee County will provide the required M.OT and will have personnel on hand to help control traffic. The starting point for this project is on Woodland Boulevard at the intersection of Austin Street/ and work will continue to the north in sections to Crystal Drive.

Frontage Road near the intersection of Cypress Lake Drive and Furman Blvd - Construction Project: As part of Lee County Utilities' Capital Improvement Projects/ crews are installing a new water main across the frontage road near Furman Blvd/ which will require a total closure of approximately 50' of Frontage Road. Access will remain open via Prindpia Drive during the work for local traffic only. This project should be completed by the end of October/ 2018. Homestead Road from south of Sunrise Boulevard to north of Alabama Road: Construction Project: This project consists of widening Homestead Road to four lanes. This work will also improve drainage and install new underground utilities. A six-foot sidewalk will be constructed on both sides of the roadway. Motorists should expect lane closures during daytime hours. Project cost is $14.4 million. The contractor is Stevens and Layton/ Inc. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2019. Lee Boulevard: Lee County DOT along with a contractor will begin concrete sidewalk repairs starting June 21, 2018 on Lee Boulevard between Aim Avenue and S.R. 82. This project will impact westbound traffic on Lee Boulevard and will include daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drivers as well as pedestrians are encouraged to use extra caution in this area. The project is expected to be complete by August 10, 2018. The right turn from eastbound Lee Boulevard going south on Gunnery Road will be closed starting 7/16/18 for curb and sidewalk repairs. There will be daytime closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and work in this area is expected to be completed by 7/30/18. The left turn from eastbound Lee Boulevard going north on Sunrdland Blvd. will be closed starting 7/23/18. This closure will also require southbound traffic on Sunrdland to "Right Turn Only" at Lee Blvd. The median opening at this intersection is being reconfigured. This work is expected to be completed by 8/8/18.

Page Park Water Main Replacement - Phase 1 Road Watch Report - Week of July 23, 2018 Lee County Utilities - Page Park Water Main Replacement Phase I from Danley Drive/Airport Road at 6th Street east to Metro Parkway and north to Idlewild Street. Contractors for Lee County Utilities continue water main improvements for the Page Park neighborhood. Some driveways will be temporarily closed but businesses and residences will have access throughout the project. Some sidewalks may be closed during the project. This schedule may be subject to change due to inclement weather and unforeseen underground conditions. Crews are working near the roadway. Drivers and pedestrians should use caution.
