2017 INAS Swimming Championships Aguascalientes is located in central exico; It borders the north, northeast and west with Zacatecas; To the southeast and south with Jalisco. 9. TRANSPORT To the airports, sports places and visits will be scheduled by the Organizing Committee for the event. 10. VISA REQUIREENT Visa to come to éxico might be required for some countries 11. LANGUAGE English is the official language of INAS event. All material and information will be available in English. The Organizing Committee will provide to each team a volunteer for translation 12. INSURANCE The delegates of each country will be responsible for their own insurance for travel personal accident and medical issues will be made. 13. SPORTS COPETITION ACILITIES The Olympic pool, is about (15 to 20) minutes from each hotel through buses. The Olympics pool is a covered 50m Long Course pool with 8 lanes Timing System: Colorado System touch pads on both ends of the pool Training pool: or training, warming up and swim down, a 25m outdoor pool with 8 lanes, temperature 26 degrees Sports Information Centre: The Sports Information Centre will be at the Swimming Pool. All competition relevant information will be provided here. Transportation from the pool to the hotel, will be the from the organizing committee 14. ACCOODATION AND OOD The organizing committee will look for delegations, accommodation and food, according to their possibilities, 4 and 5 star hotels with food.
The hotels offer the following facilities: Room acilities: En Suite bathrooms TV and cable Phone. Hair Drier Air Conditioning Wireless Internet. Extra nights are available prior to and after the event for a cost of $90.00 per person per Night, and includes a breakfast buffet 15. 18. ENTRY CRITERIA aximum 3 entries per nation per event. Swimmers must qualify by achieving the qualification standards listed below. The qualification standard must be achieved within the period from 1st September, 2015 till the deadline of entries, i.e. 25th September, 2017. An athlete who qualifies in one event may enter other events without having to meet the qualification standard(s) for that or those additional events All Individual events of 400m or more in distance will be swum as Heat Declared Winner events, therefore there will be no inals for these events. 19. EVENT VIABILITY CRITERIA Events will be considered viable if they have a minimum of three (3) eligible athletes from two (2) different member organizations. The standard must be achieved at an INAS-sanctioned event. In the case of other events, the results need to be verified by INAS Swimming Director. 20. ember Organisations without any qualified athletes, or with only one (1) qualified athlete in the Championships can apply for a Wild Card. or Wild Card entry please contact the INAS Swimming Director by 14 August 2017. Note that a Wild Card slot is allocated to the individual athlete, not to the respective ember Organisation. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY CLASSIICATIONS AND YOUTH COPETITION At the General Assembly Additional Eligibility classification were announced to be piloted during and in parallel with the INAS 2017 World Swimming Championships. These are as follows: Athletes with Down Syndrome, which may be further separated into Trisomy 21 and osaic Down Syndrome sub-classes Athletes with Autism Youth Competition for athletes under 17 years of age as of 31 December 2017 Qualifying Standards for these additional competitions can be found below. Note that not all events may be offered, and for an event to be viable there must be at least three (3) eligible athletes from two (2) different member organizations. The additional competitions may take place concurrently with the Championships or separately in the period between the Championships Heats and inals, depending upon total numbers entered. The additional events will be run on a Heat Declared Winner basis.

EDAL CEREONIES: edals will be awarded to the athletes placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each Championship event. Awards for the additional competitions may be offered but they will be of a different design to the Championship medals In the exceptional case that an event is competed by only three (3) athletes, medals will be awarded following the minus one rule. All nations must bring to the World Championships three (3) national flags and a CD of their national anthem.
24. ANTI-DOPING: Athletes entering this event are subject to random anti-doping tests. EVENT STA Technical Delegate - The Technical Delegate for the competition will be the INAS Sport Director Swimming Dave Harman. IPC Swimming Technical Delegate to be confirmed National Technical Officials all officials must have current accreditation from a INA affiliated national swimming governing body for the duties in which they are appointed. Referee, Starter and Judges of strokes are to be International (IPC Swimming or INA) qualified. 26. ACCREDITATION Accreditation: will be issued to each athlete after presenting their passport to an INAS officer 27. EDICAL PROVISION edical support: will be available at competition venues and accommodation 28. INAS CAPITATION EE The capitation fee is US$ 55.00 per team member. ENTRY EE The entry fee of US$ 1,250,00 for 4 and 5 stars hotels, double/triple rooms for the whole period (single rooms will have an extra of US $30,00 and per day of $90.00 per person per night, and includes a breakfast buffet) will cover: Board and lodging with breakfast, lunch and dinner; Local transports; Ceremonies.
