2014 CEV U19 Women Volleyball European Championship 37 National Federations have entered the 2014 CEV U19 Women Volleyball European Championship. 5 National Federations have entered into the Small Countries Division (see Chapter 9 for full information). That leaves 32 National Federations in the 2014 CEV U19 Women Volleyball European Championship. Finland and Estonia will organise the Final Round and are therefore directly qualified to it. 1 st Round As per Article 4.2.1.3 in Chapter 1: Competition Regulations - if more than 30 teams register (when there are 2 organisers in the Final Round), then a 1 st Round shall be played. With there being 32 teams for this edition, only one 1 st Round pool will be played with the 4 lowest ranked teams (according to the CEV U19 Women European Ranking List), where the 1 st and 2 nd placed teams will qualify to the 2 nd Round. The 4 National Federations in the 1 st Round tournament (Pool 1) which will be played on the 3 rd 5 th January 2014 are LAT, SWE (org.), NOR & ENG. Two will qualify for the 2 nd Round. 2 nd Round 28 teams will compete in the 2 nd Round between 24 th 27 th April 2014 (the last competition day must be on a Saturday or a Sunday). Slovakia and Czech Republic will organise the Final Round of the 2014 CEV U20 Men Volleyball European Championship and are therefore directly qualified to it. That leaves 35 National Federations in the 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship - Women. Belgium and The Netherlands will organise the Final Round of the 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship Women, and are therefore directly qualified to it. Bulgaria and Italy will organise the Final Round of the 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship - Men and are therefore directly qualified to it. Small Countries Division 2014 CEV U19 Women Volleyball European Championship 5 of these National Federations (LUX, LIE, SCO, SMR & WAL) have entered into the Small Countries Division and will play in one Final Round Tournament in San Marino 1 week before Easter 2014. 2014 CEV U20 Men Volleyball European Championship 4 of these National Federations (LUX, NIR, SCO & WAL) have entered into the Small Countries Division and will play in one Final Round Tournament in Luxembourg 1 week before Easter 2014. 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship Women 9 of these National Federations (CYP, LUX, LIE, MLT, SCO, FAR, ISL, IRL & NIR) have entered into the Small Countries Division (SCD) and will play in two Qualification Tournaments in Scotland and Iceland which will take place between the second weekend in May till the 30 th June 2014.
