N prtest shall be permitted n judgment decisins by the fficials. In the event f a prtested game, the decisin f the Facility shall be final. The cnsequences fr a player r cach receiving a Blue, Yellw r Red Card are as set frth in the Rules. Nnetheless, the Facility reserves the right t impse additinal disciplinary sanctins in the event f a Red Card. In such case, the Facility shall evaluate the incident in the manner it deems t be in the best interests f the Facility and as the facts may dictate. Subject t such cnditins and bjectivity, the Facility may impse sanctins, including but nt limited t ne r mre f the fllwing: Frmal written Warning Mnetary Fine 1-Game / Multiple-Game Suspensin Seasn-Ending Suspensin Permanent Suspensin, with right t make a written request fr reinstatement after serving ne entire suspended seasn Team Sanctin, including ne r mre f the freging Ntice t ther leagues and facilities Disciplinary cards a player r cach receives thrughut the seasn will accumulate. When a player r cach accumulates a ttal f fur cards, regardless f clr, that player r cach shall receive an autmatic ne-game suspensin.
The Facility shall bear full and sle respnsibility fr determining, cmmunicating and enfrcing any sanctin as it sees fit. There shall be n prtests r appeals f the Facility's decisin, nce final. Barney Indr Sprts Huse Rules All games will be played in accrdance with the United States Indr Sccer Assciatin (USIndr) Rules fr Indr Play, with the exceptin f the belw stated Huse Rules. Any Rules referenced are listed in The Official Rules f Indr Sccer, as certified by USIndr. Three-line vilatin: There is n three-line vilatin rule in this Facility. Scre/Timekeeping: Ced Rule: All gals are wrth 1 pint regardless f the screr r distance. The ball must cmpletely crss ver the gal-line in rder fr a gal t be scred. The clck des nt stp except in the case f serius injury r excessive delay f game tactics. If the clck is stpped due t injury, the injured player must cme ff the field fr a minimum f 2 minutes. There are n timeuts. At the mment the hrn sunds, the ball is immediately cnsidered dead. The Overtime Perid nly applies t playff games bth teams shall play dwn ne player fr the duratin f the perid (ie. if 6-n-6, vertime shall be 5-n-5). If the galkeeper is female, all free kicks between the Defensive Restart Line and the gal, including n the Defensive Restart Line, must be taken by a female. Disciplinary Cards / Penalties: Blue: Rule 11.1.a 2 minute penalty. Player may reenter if pwer play gal is scred. Yellw (2 nd Blue): Rule 11.1.b 2 minute penalty, same as Blue. Yellw (straight): 4 minute penalty. A pwer play gal scred during the first tw minutes f the penalty will reset the time penalty t a 2 minute penalty. Regardless, the player may reenter if a pwer play gal is scred during the last tw minutes f the penalty. Red (3 rd Blue): Rule 11.1.c 2 minute penalty - the full penalty must be served by anther member f the team. Player is ejected and must immediately leave the Facility. Player receives an autmatic 1-Game suspensin. Red (straight): Rule 11.1.d 5 minute penalty - the full penalty must be served by anther member f the team. Player is ejected and must immediately leave the Facility. Player receives an autmatic 1-Game suspensin. Player may als face additinal sanctins. If a player receives a card after the 5 th team ful but prir t the shtut starting, the player may nt reenter the field if the result f the shtut is a gal - the player may reenter after a pwer play gal is scred r if the time penalty expires.
Kickffs / Free Kicks / Restarts: There is a mandatry whistle t signal a kickff after a gal is scred, at the beginning f a half, fr a shtut attempt, r fr a penalty kick. The kickff des nt have t g frward. All free kicks are direct kicks except fr a Drpped Ball. The kicker n a free kick may nt play the ball again until it has been tuched by anther player. Galkeepers: Distributin Rule Rule 7.8 applies, except that galkeepers may thrw, drp-kick, r punt the ball t distribute. Galkeepers may nt distribute the ball t their wn team member(s) situated within the defensive arch. Oppsing players may nt attempt t blck r therwise prevent the Galkeeper frm attempting a distributin. Once the galkeeper has pssessin f the ball, ppsing players must attempt t leave the defensive arch immediately and may nt play any distributin attempts while within the arch unless the distributin passes within the player s wn space (directly at r reasnably near the player). Sliding Galkeepers may slide within their defensive arch, as lng as the slide begins and ends within the arch. In ding s, a galkeeper may make cntact with ffensive players prvided that the galkeeper ALSO makes cntact with the ball. Intentinal slides t injure will result in a straight Red card. Cntrl f Ball Galkeepers may nt bunce r dribble the ball basketball-style with his/her hands. A ball cntrl vilatin results in an ppnents free kick frm the tp f the arch. Leverage Vilatins: Shtuts: Players may nt use tw hands n the bards, r grab r hld the wall in the area f the player benches r penalty bxes, while shielding the ball frm an ppsing player. Players may nt attempt t play the ball while ne r bth hands are in cntact with the grund, except fr the galkeeper within his/her arch. A leverage vilatin results in a free kick fr the ppsing team frm the spt f the vilatin. A shtut is awarded fr every five team fuls cmmitted where such fuls d nt result in disciplinary cards. The player taking the shtut may dribble and/r sht, but may NOT play the ball ff the bards unless the galkeeper r anther player has tuched the ball. The player must keep the ball in mtin in the directin f the ppnent s gal line extended. The player may nt stp the mtin f the ball except t take a sht n gal. In the event f a Last Man (Rule 10.6.b) r Clear Path Ful (Rule 10.6.c), the player fuled must be the ne t attempt the Shtut except in the case f a) injury r b) applicable Ced rule.
Substitutins: Substitutins are unlimited. (Rule 3.2) Players must first be within five (5) yards f their wn bench befre the substitute will be allwed t enter. Players may nt exit the field via the ppnents bench area except due t injury. N substitutins are allwed when a shtut r penalty kick has been awarded.
