Place of the championship... PRAT GRAN pavilion, into Escaldes-Engordany inside the Principality of Andorra (near ROC BLANC hotel) in Carlemany Avenue (in the map with number 29).
Where is Andorra?... Principality of Andorra is a little Duty Free country between Spain and France inside the Pyrenees Mountains, 468 Km2 of a high mountain country, very, very pretty, Andorra is about 200 Km from Barcelona (international airport) or about 180 Km from Toulouse (international airport),
Championship Timetable... 20th June 2009: The Championship starts from 09.30 am in the morning, JUNIOR & SENIOR OPEN GALA from 19.00 pm in the afternoon.

COMPETITION TIMETABLE... 09.00 h: Competitors entry, 09.30 h: KATA competition starts (3 tatamis), 10.15 h: KUMITE competition starts, 11.00 h: Pause 15 minutes, 11.15 h: Rest of the competition in KUMITE (3 tatamis), 12.00 h: TEAM competition starts (3 tatamis), 13.00 h: FINALS (3 tatamis) TEAM FINAL (1 tatami), 13.30 h: AWARDS ( Medals and Fuditos for 1st., 2on, 3th places).
INDIVIDUAL KATA OPEN... INDIVIDUAL KATA OPEN MALE AND FEMALE: Age of the competitors: 12 13 14 and 15 years old, Minimum Belt: 2on. Kyu (BLUE BELT), Maximum number of entries: 3 competitors, Competitor never could repeat Kata, There will be repeschage por 3th places, Finals will be at the final of the competition, RULES: 1 round: BASIC KATA, 2 round: TOKUI KATA, 3 round: BASIC KATA, 4 round: SHITEI KATA, 5 round (FINAL): TOKUI KATA, For REPESCHAGE: same order than pool.
INDIVIDUAL KUMITE... INDIVIDUAL KUMITE MALE AND FEMALE: The organization propose two weights for category. If the number of competitors won t be enough, the category will be OPEN, Minimum belt 4th Kyu (ORANGE BELT). YOUTH KUMITE MALE (12-13 years old), -50 Kg y +50 Kg, Maximum entry: 3 competitors in each category. YOUTH KUMITE FEMALE, -48 Kg y +48 Kg, Maximum entry: 3 competitors in each category. CADET KUMITE MALE (14-15 years old), -60 Kg y +60 Kg, Maximum entry: 3 competitors in each category. CADET KUMITE FEMALE, -55 Kg y +55 Kg Maximum entry: 3 competitors in each category.
KUMITE Rules... WKF rules with next exception: All the fights in the YOUTH category will be 1,30 minutes (REAL time). All the fights in the CADET category will be 2 minutes REAL time. All the competitors must wear his own protections: chest and casc (in Youth case) and chest and face mask in Cadet case. The organization won t give any protections to the competitors, Note: in any case the organization will be responsable of any injury that will occurs in the championship. All the competitors under 18 years old will be authorized by his own fathers or responsables to participate in our championship and will be the reponsabilty of the entity that do the entry in our championship to keep these authorizations.
TEAMS... MIX AGES - SEX: Minimum belt 4th Kyu (ORANGE BELT). Teams composition: NUMBER 1) YOUTH KUMITE MALE (12-13 years old), NUMBER 2) CADET KATA FEMALE (14-15 years old), NUMBER 3) YOUTH KUMITE FEMALE (12-13 years old), NUMBER 4) YOUTH KATA FEMALE (12-13 years old), NUMBER 5) CADET KUMITE MALE (14-15 years old), The teams always respect the order, If a team will be only 3, or 4 competitors, the fight/s will be lost, In case of tie, the points and flags (kata) of each team will decide, If tie persists, one competitor of each team will fight for victory in one modality (kata or kumite). The number of the competitor will be by a lotery and will be thesamefortwice, In teams competition all the fights will be 2 minutes of REAL time.

Junior Rules... WKF rules, All fights will be 2 minutes REAL time, There will be repeschage for 3th places in each category, All the finals will be at final of the Junior category, Note: in any case the organization will be responsable of any injury that will occurs in the championship. GALA Senior Rules... It will be 4 pools with 4 competitors in Male and 4 pools with another 4 in Female, The organization respects the order in the curriculum (ranking) too, the registration of the competitors and The organization will decide in last case which 16 competitors will fight in pools in male and female caterories, In each pool all the competitors will fight 3 times (all against all), Fisrt and Second in each pool will pass to the 8 best male fighters pool and 8 best female fighters pool and for this classification will gain 50 euros each one (8 male and 8 female), The competitors (4) that will win the fight for the semi finals will gain 150 euros in addition (each one, 4 in male and 4 in female), The competitors (2) that will win the fight for the BIG FINAL will gain for the classification 300 euros in addition (each one, 2 in male and 2 in female), The competitor that will win the final (CHAMPION) will gain 500 euros in addition (each one, 1 in male and 1 in female), Otherwise, the Senior competitor that obtains more points in all the competition will gain 300 euros (each one, 1 in male and 1 in female, 2 awards).
GALA Senior Rules...(2) Summary: Total 4 pools: 16 competitors (4 in each pool), 8 competitors won t gain money award. They will be the 3th and 4th in ach pool, Quarter of final classification: 50 euros for each competitor, Semi- final classification: in addition +150 euros for each competitor, Final classification: in addition + 300 euros for each competitor, MALE AND FEMALE CHAMPION: in addition + 500 euros for each one, Total Money: CHAMPION: 1.000 euros, 2on. Place: 500 euros, Competitors to Semi-Finals: 200 euros for each one, Competitors to a Quarter of Final (1st and 2on inside each 4 pools): 50 euros for each one, Money to the Senior competitor with more number of points in competition: 300 euros Male, 300 euros Female. If the winner will be the competitor with more number of points,, he/she will gain 1.300 euros!!!
GALA Senior Rules...(3) Total Money Awards Senior Male and Female Quarter of Champion: 1.000 euros, 2on. Place: 500 euros, Semi-Finals: 200 euros for each one, Final (1st and 2on in each 4 pools): 50 euros for each one, Special Money Award euros Female. number of points in competition: 300 euros Male, 300 If the winner will be the competitor with more number of points in the competition,, he/she will gain 1.300 euros!!!
GALA Senior Rules...(4) WKF rules with this exception: All the Senior fights will be 2 minutes REAL time. Only two finals (Male and Female) will be 3 minutes, No REPESCHAGE in Senior category, Two finals at the end of the competition, Note: in any case the organization will be responsable of any injury that will occurs in the championship.

Registration and weight... All the delegations will present his competitors for the registration (Kata and Kumite) and weight control (in Kumite case), For this control Passport or National compulsory, Identification Document will be For this control the organization propose a room inside the PRAT GRAN pavilion, The organization will give you authorizations (acreditations) for all the competitors. Without this document acess to the competition area won t posible, REGISTRATION FRIDAY 19th JUNE: Inside pavilion PRAT GRAN from 17.00 pm to 20.00 pm in the evening.
Championship Registry...(2) COMPETITION REGISTRY IN THE MORNING OF SATURDAY 20th JUNE: It will be at the pavilion PRAT GRAN from 09.00 to 11.00 am., The organization give priority in the registry process to the competitors in order for the competition schedule, BIG GALA REGISTRY: It will be at the pavilion PRAT GRAN from 18.30 to 20.00 in the afternoon. 9 Open Internacional Supper... With the authorizations, the Open organization will give you a tickets that you must keep for the Gala Supper. This supper is to be grateful with the participation in our championship, Is very important to know that only the people that present the tickets in restaurant could be present in the free supper with the rest of delegations, The tickets will give you for all the competitors in the BIG GALA, for the referees and for the chief of delegation,
