NOVEMBER 2009 NEWSLETTER AMA Charter # 2768 www.uterc.org www.uterc.com PRESIDENT S MESSAGE Those of you who missed the egg drop fun fly in October not only missed a good time but you also missed one of our last flying days at the Club field for this year. Last time I checked there was about 3 of snow covering everything. Personally my hands get too cold to fly much in the winter so I stay sequestered in my garage and start my building projects. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did this year. Our club is lucky to have so many great members. It is so much easier being president when so many are willing to help. With that said, remember November is Club election. Here are your nominees for 2010 UTE Club Officers: President: Vice-President: Secretary: Treasurer: Newsletter: Fun Fly Coordinator: Safety Coordinator: Tom Winter Brian Sorenson Mike Passey Aaron Loertscher Aaron Greer Wade Joos Doug Dorton MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE UTE CHRISTMAS PARTY GOLDEN CORRAL 8800 SOUTH REDWOOD ROAD WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9 TH STARTING AT 6:30, DRESS IS CASUAL It s time to renew your membership. Remember, to avoid the late charge you need to renew before March 1st 2010. We would appreciate everyone filling out a new membership application this year so that we can update the club records. Follow the link below to print an application. We will also have applications available at the club meeting. http://uterc.org/files/membership%20application.pdf November 2009 Pg. 1 of 8
