The contest marks the first regular season action for the Tars and will be the sixth game of the season for Warner. Rollins played one exhibition game in the preseason, giving Wake Forest all they could handle before falling 73-66. The Tars stunned the home Demon Deacon crowd with a 9-0 run to start the game and were never down by more than 15 at any point in the game. Rollins was in an 11-point hole in the final minute, but battled back to within five before Wake put it away with free throws down the stretch. Mitch Woods led the way with 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting. Kyle McClanahan added 13 points while Adam Allen chipped in 12. Senior Dave Diakite is Rollins top-returning scorer, finishing 2011-12 with 10.2 points a game. He also pulled down 4.8 rebounds a night while totaling 12 blocks and 29 steals. Brett Chance added 6.8 points and 2.0 assists per night. Rollins was picked to finish fourth in the Sunshine State Conference preseason poll this season after finishing fourth in the standings a year ago. Saint Leo, who beat Miami in an exhibition on Nov. 2, was tabbed to win the conference, followed by Florida Southern and Eckerd. The Tars are the last team in the Sunshine State Conference to start its season. All other teams will have played a game by the time Rollins and Warner tip off at 7 p.m. WARNER AT A GLANCE: Warner University from Lake Wales, Florida has five games under its belt already and brings a 4-1 record into Warden Arena. The Royals twice defeated Trinity College, winning by average of 33 points in the two games. They also scored a 28-point win against Clearwater Christian and most recently beat DeVry University 101-24. Warner s lone loss was an 80-77 decision to Sterling College. The Royals powerful offense is averaging more than 90 points a game and has twice eclipsed the century mark. Mark St. Fort leads the way with 22.5 points and 10.5 rebounds a game. Ian Wilhelm has provided the outside firepower, averaging four 3-pointers a game and 18.6 points a night. KLUSMAN CHASING HISTORY: Rollins veteran head coach Tom Klusman stands to join elite company this season as the 15th Division II coach to reach 600 career victories. With 10 more

Klusman, Ash and Scott all laced it up for the Tars in their playing careers. KLUSMAN CRADLE OF COACHES: Warner head coach Sean Hanrahan is no stranger to Warden Arena having served on Tom Klusman s staff for two seasons (1999-01). He played a major recruiting role in acquiring what Tars Coach Tom Klusman said is one of his best recruiting classes in 25 years - a class that helped put the Tars in the NCAA Tournament in 2003 and 2004 and an Elite Eight finish. Hanrahan also played a large role in making the 2000 summer camp for kids the most attended session in Klusman s camp history. In addition to being an assistant coach, Hanrahan was also the head strength & conditioning coach at Rollins for men s basketball. DIVISION I SIX-PACK: For the first time under Tom Klusman and perhaps in the more than 100 year history of Rollins basketball, the Tars roster will feature six NCAA Division I transfers. Brett Chance is in his third-year with Rollins since coming over from Canisius. Dave Diakite
