There is a Google Doc that teams have been using to arrange games. While the teams are free to do so, Paul wished to note that the document is not maintained by NHAHA. If hosting, please ensure that all teams are USAHregistered for insurance purposes. Squirts Executive VP Stephanie Laurin announced that game sheets are missing labels and that when labels are being used, that they are not in alphabetical order. Rosters (the originals) need to be submitted to her prior to games to avoid fines. Players must be rostered properly to play, even if only temporarily, otherwise they may not play. Midgets Executive VP Mat Roy announced that most of the tournament schedules have been posted online. He reiterated what Stephanie Laurin said about game sheets and rosters, as this applies to his teams too. Webmaster Kevin Fascetta announced that he has received the scorekeeper s contact information from every association but Henniker and Keene. If there are out-of-state incidents, NHAHA may not be able to help unless there are videos, and then depending. Most of the incidents so far have occurred during Midgets games although a trash can was thrown during a Squirts game at The Rinks at Exeter. NHAHA has been addressing this last incident. Please reach out to Paul if interested in sitting on a hearing panel as doing so would help out the Executive Board tremendously. This proposed rule change pertains to final rosters and would require split-season rosters to be due on October 1 st ; and full-season rosters, on December 15 th. The USAH s deadline is December 31 st however NHAHA needs time to review rosters in order to identify administrative errors that would otherwise keep players off the ice.
