FAT FLUSH CHALLENGE GUIDELINE The 28 Day Fat Flush Challenge is a pdf guide that you can download and use at any time supported with video footage you can watch at any time in the comfort of your own home. Participating in the contest is optional; however, working towards a goal in a group setting can be both Motivating and encouraging. To participate in the challenge, you would need to: Purchase the Fat Flush Combo for R350 Take before pictures Take waist, weight and height measurements Send us your before pictures together with your age, waist and weight goals to info@fatflush.co.za Participating in the challenge is optional. Challenge Timeline Schedule Begins 9 July 2018 Ends 4 August 2018 Top ten photos will be posted: 7 August 2018 Prize 1st Prize R10 000 2nd Prize Business in a box- resell value R1500 3rd Prize Flat Stomach Tea Hamper Deadlines Entries will be accepted 2 July 2018-14 July 2018 After photos should be sent to after@fatflush.co.za

Rules on how to take your photo s 1. Selfies in front of the mirror will not be accepted. Your photo has to be taken by someone else 2. Photos need to be under good or at least decent lighting with a clean background 3. Photos need to be close enough covering only your full body and avoiding unnecessary background space. 4. Wear fitted or short, shorts 5. No regular bras or crop tops will be accepted. Wear a sports bra. 6. Your photos should clearly show your face 7. You must submit 6 photos. In 3 different angles only as follows: a. Full body facing forward b. Upper body facing forward c. Full body facing backwards d. Upper body facing backwards e. Full body side angle f. Upper body side angle 8. You must wear the same outfit in your before and after photos 9. Hold a clean sheet of paper that includes: a. Date b. Your Facebook name c. City d. Waist size e. Weight f. And Height Use a dark and bold marker Guidelines to taking waist and weight measurements: 1. Remove your shirt and put it above your waistline and lower your pants. 2. Use your fingers to find the top of your hip bone on the sides, your waist is right above your hip bone and below your rib cage. Another way to find your waistline is the following: (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline. 3. Place one end of the tape measure in front and measure yourself so that your results are seen in the front.

Guidelines to taking weight measurements: 1. The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning right after you empty your bladder, wearing as little clothing as possible. 2. Place your scale on a hard, even surface no carpeting. 3. Stand still, with your weight distributed evenly on both feet (no shoes). Participating in this contest is optional. If you re uncomfortable submitting photos with your face or posting on social media then that is ok. You can still complete the challenge on your own. However, to have a chance to win, you must follow the rules in all fairness to everyone participating in the challenge Sharing your journey on social media will sure catch my attention and you ll also encourage other participants. I will be checking both Instagram and Facebook for any posts with the hashtag #FlatStomachFatFlushChallenge What should I post on Social Media? Post your before and after photos (optional but a plus) Post your meals Post a screenshot of the E-Book while going through it Post inspirational quotes Post your workouts Post your groceries Post your favorite workout clothes Motivate other contestants by offering tips and/or commenting on their posts Weight loss challenges are not easy and sometimes support is necessary to get started. How do I pick the top 10: Your photo needs to be bright enough for me to see your transformation Your photo should be of your entire body Hold a clean sheet of paper that includes: 1. Date 2. Your Facebook name 3. City 4. Waist size 5. And weight I then narrow my results down to a combination of both men and women (because as you know, we re all different and with different goals). 1. I m looking for women/men who ve maintained and have built more definition. 2. Women/men with a huge amount of fat loss. 3. A small amount of fat loss with new definition 4. I view your social media accounts to see who s actively sharing their journey for the week. Once I ve picked my top 10 and post you (my favorite picture out of the 6 you sent me), you are in the hands of the public. The winner will be the one to receive the most reactions, likes and comments. Put a bit of effort in putting together your pictures because this is what people will see in order to like and comment on social media.
