At stop sign in front of Bisbee Baptist Church take slight right onto Gertie Barret At next Stop sign turn left over rail road track onto Dick Price Road. Go straight on Dick Price for one mile, Fieldstone Park will be your left hand side. NTHJC Guidelines Entries: Email entry questions to amylfrenzel@gmail.com Please submit entries online at https://fs4.formsite.com/stl4pa/form1/index.html Entries are due by April 24th 2019. There will be a maximum $25 late fee per horse/rider combination for entries received after April 24 th. NO Email entries!! All Entries must be submitted online using the online form. Memberships can be paid at the show or online at www.nthjc.com Fees: Class fee $20 per class. Each horse/rider combination will be charged an EMT fee of $5 per entry. An EMT will be on the grounds during posted schooling and show times. A $5 office/$5 scholarship fee will be charged per entry. An open check fee of $15 will be charged for all accounts not closed at the show. Non members of NTHJC are charged a $20 fee. Returned Check fee $25. NTHJC memberships can be paid at the show or online at www.nthjc.com. NTHJC Thoroughbred High Point Hunter & Jumper: entry is free. TB registered name or tattoo # is required. Entry forms available in show office. An entry form must be filled out at each NTHJC show. High Point awards to be given at NTHJC Banquet. Coggins: No entry will be accepted without a copy of a negative coggins (EIA) within one year, which may be submitted with entries or presented to the show office upon arrival. Stalls: VERY LIMITED STABLING. Stalls are $75 and includes shavings. A non- refundable deposit check is required to reserve a stall. First Call Candice Reece for availability at (817 )228-5032, then mail checks made out to Fieldstone Park to 5715 Tumbleweed Court. Arlington, TX 76017. Stalls will be available Saturday after 2:00pm through Sunday. Stalls are 12 X12 permanent. No outside shavings. Arenas: 2 Show Rings: arenas are 100 x 150, arena is 100 x 225 Schooling:. Open schooling will be available Sunday mornings for hunters from Daylight until stated start times on schedule. There will be 15 minutes restricted schooling for Limit riders. Limit divisions: are open to riders who begin the show season without having won 5 blue ribbons over fences. After winning 5 blue ribbons over fences the rider may continue to compete in the division for the remainder of the show season. Limit Riders may NOT show in any classes over 2 0 at this show. Cross Entries: Horse/rider combination may cross enter only into divisions with fence heights of a 6 difference. Walk/Trot Cross rails may only cross enter Limit Beginner 18. No cross entry in 2 0 open and 2 0 jr/am. Awards: Classes receive a 1st place Prize and 6 ribbons unless otherwise noted. A Champion ribbon & Prize and Reserve Champion ribbon will be awarded for each division. Attire: Proper show attire is required. Polo shirts with collars are allowed in jumper classes only. No chaps allowed. Helmets: Properly fastened protective headgear must be worn at all times by all riders when mounted anywhere on the show grounds. All headgear must meet or exceed ASTM standards, carry SEI tag and be properly fitted and secured by a harness. Dogs: Sorry, No outside dogs allowed. Warning: Under Texas law (Chapter 87, Civil, Practice & Remedies Code), an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. Management reserves the right to change, cancel, move or combine classes and do all things necessary in the best interests of the horse show and its operations. Concessions: Food Truck will be available 9am- 2pm Split Classes: All classes, except warm- ups and specialty classes, with 20 or more entries will be split. Medal Rule: Medals are Open to NTHJC members only and open to be ridden in the entire show season. The top 12 riders with the most points earned throughout the season will be invited to compete in the Medal Finals at the NTHJC Year End Show. NEW Equitation Divisions: The Equitation over Fences, Equitation on the Flat and the NTHJC Medal Class will be considered a division at each height and a Champion/Reserve award will be given, provided all three classes are held.
