Janaury 2016 Euclid Juvenile Diversion Program The Euclid Juvenile Diversion program is available for first time Euclid youth offenders that have committed a misdemeanor level offense in the city. If offered this option, the youth must admit to the offense and appear before the Euclid Juvenile Magistrate. If the orders of the court are satisfied, the charges are expunged from the youth's record. Ongoing statistics can be requested from Diversion Administrator, Audrey Cobb, 216-481-5486 or acobb@cityofeuclid.com.
