2. FIVB BEACH VOLLEYBALL WORLD TOUR FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour (FIVB WT) is a circuit of professional international beach volleyball events, recognized by the FIVB, and held seasonally (might also fall across 2 years) and is crowned by the FIVB World Tour Finals defining the FIVB World Tour Finals Champion. The new 5-star event categories, under the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour, aim to grow the sport based on a sustainable business model with flexible commercial rights. All FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour events benefit of FIVB s endorsement and pave the road to Tokyo 2020 in the Olympic Qualification period (a year before the Olympic Games). This overview does not constitute an agreement or an offer but is merely provided for informational purposes. A party interested in organising a World Tour event must subsequently execute an organiser agreement with the FIVB. 3. ORGANISATION 3.1 Agreement format: a) tri-party agreement between FIVB, Promoter and Host Volleyball Federation, b) two-party agreement between FIVB and Promoter supported by a letter of endorsement of the Host Volleyball Federation; or c) two-party agreement between FIVB and Host Volleyball Federation (latter acting as a promoter). 3.2 Agreement length: Stars Years 5* 4 4* 4 3* 2 (FLEX) 2* 1 (FLEX) 1* 1 (FLEX) 3.3 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour season runs between the Swatch Beach Volleyball FIVB World Tour Finals, thus a season falls under two (2) calendar years 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019 etc. Swatch Beach Volleyball FIVB World Tour Finals are usually held in September/ October. 3.4 Exclusive/ licensed date is granted for FIVB WT 5-Star events among 5 and 4-Star events. 3.5 Exclusive date is granted for FIVB WT 4-Star events among 5, 4 and 3-Star events. 3.6 Territorial exclusivity is granted among the 4-5-Star events to the 4-5-Star events organisers. Note: In case of unused host country quota, places are allocated to the eligible foreign teams. In case of unused Continental quota, places are allocated to the eligible teams from other continents. 4

4.5 Ranking - FIVB Ranking points are earned at all FIVB WT tournaments: 5

4.6 Entry: 4.6.1 Entry and result system is managed through the Volleyball Information System (VIS); 4.6.2 Teams are entered by the NF until 1 month before the tournament; 4.6.3 Teams qualify to the tournament through the FIVB NF Entry Ranking and are seeded in the TOURNAMENT by their individual FIVB seeding points; 4.6.4 The FIVB reserves the right to limit the participation of teams ranking in the top 10 of the FIVB Entry Ranking at -45 days before a 1-star or 2-star event. 4.6.5 Teams list is confirmed 3 weeks before the tournament. 4.7 Duration: Competition (Qualification and Main Draw tournament) is run over a weekend with the Final matches played on a Sunday (Appendix B): Stars Minimum Days/ 5* 6 4* 4 3* 4 2* 3 1* 2 Note: Upon promoter s request, competition may be extended. 4.8 Sports Equipment supplied by the FIVB: Equipment 5* 4* 3* 2* 1* Balls (Mikasa) Mikasa Balls Inspection Kit Net System Uniforms for athletes (ASICS) Uniforms - FIVB officials & referees (ASICS) Uniforms line judges, court personnel, organisational staff (ASICS) 4.9 All FIVB WT tournaments are part of the Olympic Qualification during the Olympic qualification period. 5. FINANCIALS 5.1 Prize Money is borne by the Organiser. Stars 5.5 Organiser covers local transportation and accommodation for the assigned FIVB officials as per point 5.4 and participating teams: single room for each official, while double room per team. Hotel night calculation shall differ based on the competition format chosen by the organiser. 5.6 Sports Presentation is mandatory and need to embrace the key FIVB principles and guidelines to create energized atmosphere across the tournament. 1* Note: For FIVB licensed series of tournaments within the World Tour, different conditions may apply. Stars 6. COMMERCIAL BENEFITS 6.1 FIVB owns the commercial rights to the World Tour and the tournaments composing the World Tour. The tournaments are being categorised into a 1-Star to 5-Star category system. The Organiser shall have the right to exclusive organise its tournament and shall receive certain rights and benefits defined in the Organiser Agreement with the purpose of providing broader control of rights related to the Tournament. The goal of this new structure is to allow the Organizer to have more ownership and control over commercial exploitation of the Tournament by providing the Organizer with a larger inventory of rights to be defined in the Organizer Agreement. Additionally, an Organiser may not seek any commercial activity in strong alcohol (spirits), tobacco, and pornography. 6.2 The following sponsorship opportunities are exclusively reserved for the FIVB 6.2.1 FIVB WT Presenting Sponsorship; 6.2.2 FIVB WT/ Tournament game related technology sponsorship; 6.2.3 FIVB WT/ Tournament athlete data/ statistics sponsorship; 6.2.4 FIVB WT/ Tournament Video Challenge System; 6.2.5 The abovementioned FIVB reserved categories. 8

6.3 Tournament Identity The Organizer will have the right to develop and own the name and logo of the Tournament. The FIVB shall retain all rights to the World Tour and World Tour category logos. The World Tour category logo shall be incorporated into the branding of the Tournament as described below. 6.3.1 Exclusive standalone FIVB tournament category logo is applied (see Appendix C): Item 5* 4* 3* 2* 1* Athlete Tops Net-pole space 6.3.2 The Tournament logo and the FIVB tournament category logo shall be used together as follows: Item 5* 4* 3* 2* 1* TV Graphics Tournament look & branding Media Backdrop All printed material 6.4 FIVB WT 4-5-Star tournaments are promoted as standalone tournaments while 1-3-Star tournaments may be included in multi-sport events, festivals, concerts, etc. Stars Marketing Rights & Obligations 5* Overall sponsorship percentage split according to A-Board allocation: 1 out of 18 to FIVB corporate, 4 out of 18 for FIVB partner (1 Mikasa, 1 Banco do Brazil, 2 Placeholders), remaining 13 out of 18 to the Organizer.
