GREETINGS FROM OUR OWNERS! Dear Parents & Athletes, We are excited for season eleven at Tristate Athletics, as we go into our second full-season as owners. We are prepared along with our staff to continue to build on the past success while working to exceed all expectations. Beginning a new season is always an exciting, sometimes intimidating, and fun process. We want to ensure that everyone is fully taken care of as a customer of Tristate Athletics in the 2018/2019 season. All athletes will be under the direction of the highly qualified staff and will be taught the Tristate way of cheerleading. Each athlete will have the opportunity to meet new friends, compete at local events (with our Full Year Competitive teams) at a fraction of the cost! Remember, there are many key elements that go into forming a new team at Tristate. Keep in mind that Tristate Athletics teams are created to compete at the highest level locally, regionally, and nationally. While tumbling is an important part of all star cheerleading, it is not the only factor used in determining an athletes/teams size and level. We are very aware that each athlete needs to be an asset in some facet to generate team success. Cheerleading at Tristate Athletics for many (especially for Tiny aged athletes) is the start of an athlete s love of the sport! PROGRAM COSTS Tuition at Tristate Athletics is divided into multiple categories with scheduled payment dates. Please see details below regarding our payment structure for the 2018-2019 season. We pride ourselves in being up front with costs and required expenses for the season. AUTO DEBIT FEES GYM FEES REGISTRATION FEE NON AUTO DEBIT FEES THESE FEES ARE AUTO-DEBITED USING YOUR CARD ON FILE The gym fees are auto-debit per/athlete from the card on file for your account during the 1st week of each month from November 2018-March 2019 for all All Star Prep Cheer Teams. Gym Fees will be $100.00 per/month based on number of practices your athlete is scheduled. April 2019 Tutition is FREE! You will receive a discount off of your monthly gym fees if you have multiple athletes in our full year program. You will receive 25% off of your 2nd Athlete s Gym Fees, and 50% off your 3rd or More Athlete s Gym Fees. TRISTATE ATHLETICS LOYALTY DISCOUNT Any athlete that has participated, and completed 3 or more consecutive seasons in our full year program will receive a 10% discount on their Gym Fees. Any athlete that has participated, and completed 5 or more consecutive seasons in our full year program will recieve a 15% discount on their Gym Fees. RETURNING FAMILIES REFERRAL INCENTIVE A $50.00 referral credit will be applied to your account for each athlete that you bring to Tristate Athletics, for participation in the 2018/2019 season. The credit will be applied towards your Gym Fees in December 2018. Be sure the referral indicates your name on their application. Each athlete will pay a yearly registration fee for participation at Tristate Athletics. This fee will auto-debit from the card on file for your account on November 1, 2018. UNIFORM FEE There is a uniform fee of $140.00 for your competition uniform and t-shirt cover up. Uniform payments are NOT AUTO-DEBIT, and must be paid in the office. FIXED FEES MULTIPLE CHEER ATHLETES FAMILIES THESE FEES MUST BE PAID AT THE DESK IF NEEDED (ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A NEW UNIFORM COVER UP T-SHIRT EVERY YEAR) *Fittings will be in November 2018 There are multiple expenses for the limited travel program that are not outlined in above categories. We combine these expenses into fixed fee payments. Fixed fees include: competition performance cosmetics, competition uniform hair bow, professionally edited competition music, routine choreography, competition registration fees, skills clinics, practice t-shirt, shorts, Nfinity cheer sneakers and numerous other expenses incurred throughout the season. Fees for the 2018-2019 season are $540.00 on a scheduled payment plan or discounted for payment in full. Fees are paid in either (Full) or (3) month installments through the first half of the season from November through January. Fixed Fees are NOT AN AUTO-DEBIT from the card on file, and must be paid manually in the office by cash or check.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT IS TINY CHEERLEADING? Tristate Athletics is mindful of time and financial constraints that can hinder an athletes ability to participate in our full-season travel teams. In an effort to be inclusive and enable ALL athletes the opportunity to recieve top notch training at Delaware s most successful all star program, we are excited to offer our popular All Star Prep Cheer Team program. We remain committed to providing the following: Top Notch Cheerleading Experience Certified and Qualified Coaches High Quality Products (Uniform, Shoes, Apparel, Music, Choreography) Family Atmosphere WHEN WILL MY PRACTICES BE SCHEDULED? Practices will begin in Friday, November 2nd from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Additionally, the team will practice on Sunday afternoons from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Attendance Policy for All Star Prep Cheer program athletes will not begin until November 16th, 2018. Please be mindful of this when scheduling extended trips and extra activities. WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD / DEBIT AUTHORIZATION FORM? Each athlete is required to have this form on file, and it must be updated yearly. It is the responsibility of the athlete s parents to update the information on file as needed throughout the season. Payments for 2018-2019 season will begin on November 1st, 2018, first practice is Friday, November 2, 2018 (athlete gym fees will be pro-rated based on date of enrollment) All accounts on file will debit during the first week of the month for gym fees. Past due amounts will incur a $15.00 fee per/month late fee if not paid by the 5th of each month.

WHO WILL BE MY ATHLETE S COACH? Tristate Athletics remains committed to providing the highest quality of training and experience for ALL athletes at our facility. ALL of our teams are led by qualified coaches with the certifications necessary to provide a safe and competitive experience for cheerleaders. WHAT LEVEL IS MY ATHLETE? To be considered at a level, athletes should have mastered all listed skills with consistency and proper technique. Athletes will be placed on teams with LIKE-MINDED and LIKE-SKILLED individuals. When attending evaluations please keep in mind, your athletes cheer age is based on their age on Aug. 31st, 2018 **Example of tumbling requirement/recomendations (outlined below).
