We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion of metal detecting as a hobby. No brand or model of metal detector is endorsed by the club. Membership is open to the public with the only requirement being that all members follow the Treasure Hunters Code of Ethics. Club dues are $25.00 per family yearly. Members only. no entry fees. Hot dogs and hamburger will be provided. Time:TBA Sep 21st - Kelly B Todd hunt. date subject to change. Oct 26th - Maze Hunt and Night Hunt at Coffey s Blueberry Farm. Entry fees: Maze = $10.00 and $20.00 + $10.00 prize donation for Night Hunt. Dinner will be chilli and stew. Food list will be passed out during Sept meeting. Pres Larry
3 THREE FORKS SUMMER CLUB HUNT JULY 27th AT THE COFFEY S BLUEBERRY FARM IN OKAY. The Night Hunt Entry Fee is $20.00 up through July 12th. There is also a mandatory Prize Donation worth at least $10.00. Children 12 and under can hunt for half price and waive the donation. You can pay in Silver up until the time of the Hunt. Silver entry fees will be 10 Silver Dimes. Plus the $10.00 Prize Donation for the Night Hunt. There will be painted pennies as targets in the Night Hunt redeemable for silver dimes. Any dimes not given out at the Hunt will be drawn for and given to hunt participants who are in attendance at the August club meeting. Our club will be furnishing the hamburgers and hotdogs. 4 Secretary s Notes Three Forks Treasure Hunters Club Mee ng Minutes for May 3, 2013 Mee ng called to order: 7:35 PM Pledge: Pres. Larry Prayer: V.P. Gary President Larry acknowledged the members birthdays for the month and welcomed new members and guests. Pres. Larry spoke about the $9700 spent on coins for the clubs na onal hunt, the 7 metal detectors and the companies or sponsors who donated them. Thanks to all these wonderful companies and people who support our hobby. The CTX 3030 was won by a visi ng hunter from Texas. The money generated will be used for our future hunts. It was also men oned that the ladies of the club worked very hard in the snack bar/kitchen and this did very well also. Thanks to all who volunteered to help with the hunts. Secretary Tim read minutes of the last mee ng. Treasurer Cathy read the account standings for the club Raffle for prizes held.
