MetSEA 2017 Summer Championships Conditions of Entry Venue Dates SOPAC Saturday 28th October 2017 Sunday 29th October 2017 Starting Times Warm Up: 8am Finish Time: 5pm Start: 9am both days ½ hour lunch Age as at Saturday 28 th October 2017 Entry Fee Entries Open $8.50 per individual event $10.00 per relay Monday 09 th October 2017 @ 9am Times achieved since 1 August 2016 will be used to enter. Meet conducted according to Swimming NSW rules & SWIMMERS MUST BE CURRENT FINANCIAL SNSW MEMBERS E n t r y C o n d i t i o n s REFUND policy.- Refunds will only be issued if a copy of a Doctor s certificate is sent to the competitions convenor. Refunds WILL NOT BE SENT due to change of mind/circumstance. Entries will only be accepted via AnotherPB entry system. SWIMMERS MAY ONLY ENTER A MAX OF 10 INDIVIDUAL EVENTS. Distance Event: For 800/1500m freestyle event swimmers who don t have an official QT are able to enter via their club race secretary. In forwarding these entries clubs are guaranteeing that the swimmers are able to swim the distance within the QT. Swimmers in the 800/1500m events must supply 2 timekeepers each. The 800/1500m events will be restricted to 1 heat of each event. MC swimmers: who are unable to enter other events online may enter via their club s race secretary. All MC swimmers are to present their Exceptions Card to the referee prior to the start of each session. Results for Multi-class events will be calculated to the Australian Paralympic Points system as supplied on Meet Manager. Extra Special Note: Competitors will be entered with their long course entry time using AnotherPB. If no long course time under the qualifying time can be found then those with a short course time under the qualifying time will be entered on the qualifying time.

No programs on sale at the meet. NO late entries accepted even if there is a spare lane. Team Manager file for MC swimmers, 800/1500m Free will be available to Race Secretaries. Only those entries will be imported. No manual card or email entries accepted. PDF results will be available from Area website. Results uploaded to National Results database. Swimmers who do not swim the qualifying time will not be awarded points or medals. Medals will be awarded to the first three placegetters (must make the qualifying time) Medals will be awarded in the following age groups 50/100m events 10/Under,11 years/12 years/13 years/14 years/15 years & 16/Over 200m events 11/under,12 years/13 years/14 years/15 years & 16/Over Except 200m IM where medals will be awarded as 10/under/11 years/12 years/13 years/14 years/15years & 16/Over 400m events 12/Under,13 years/14 years/15 years & 16 & Over 800/1500m events 1 st,2 nd & 3 rd s 4x50m free/medley 10/Under,12/Under & 13-14 years 4x100m free/medley 13-16 years & 13-18 years Clubs may enter one (1) relay team only per event. s must be submitted on relay forms prior to the commencement of the morning session on each day. Clubs can nominate reserves on their relay forms. Swimmers can only enter 1x50m & 1x100m free & medley relay. Any team found to include a swimmer that includes a swimmer in more than 1x50m & 1x100m free & medley relay will be DQ Age Champion (boy and girl) in the following age groups: 10/Under, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15,16/ Over years Points will be awarded for top 10 places in each event. All events score points towards age champion. Meet Director reserves the right to vary the program and conditions of entry. No Late entries will be accepted.
