INTRODUCTION Thank you for your interest in one of Australia s longest running and biggest motor shows, 32 nd edition of Motorvation. Motorvation is one of Perth s most popular annual motor fest featuring the pick of the best vehicles from across WA and beyond. With over hundreds of competitors, thousands of spectators, and some of the sweetest rides you will see anywhere housed in the air-conditioned Formula Tech Elite Pavilion that incorporates a jam-packed Traders alley. Also, a huge Burnout competition, old school 1/8 th mile grudge matches, Sound Off competitions, Show and Shine, Mega Skidmax and much, much more stretching out over the Australia Day long weekend. Of course, entrants can stay over and camp out enjoying the maximum amount of time with their rides while hanging out with friends and family Motorvation 32 the place to be for every kind of motoring enthusiast.

HOW TO ENTER Entry for Motorvation 32 is available online at motorvation.com.au The next step is CRITICAL. We need the below three photos from you that show the distinction of your vehicle, as well as your passion and commitment to it. Car selection is heavily influenced by the quality of the photos we receive. To complete your application, we need you to supply a - front 3 4 photo - interior photo - engine bay photo. The following are an acceptable example of these photos: We strongly suggest that these pictures are at least 1000 pixels wide. Bigger the photo, the better! Please do be mindful of the file size when uploading pictures. Things to avoid - Blurry/unfocused photos - Photos of your car not cleaned up the committee don t want to see rubbish in your interior photo - People in your photo, blocking the view of your car By following the above guidelines, you will Give yourself the best chance of being accepted! Each year Motorvation attracts hundreds of applications, it so important to put your best foot forward. The Motorvation Committee looks for high presentation levels, unique features (body work, decals, monster stereo systems, body kits etc.) and the variety of vehicles. Make sure the photos of your vehicle show it in good condition and that any modifications or specific features are noted on the comment section of the application. HOW CAN I SHOW MY CARS SPECIAL FEATURES AND MODIFICATIONS? Any modifications or distinctive features can be mentioned in the comment section of your application. HOW DO I ENTER IF MY CAR IS BEING REBUILT/GETTING WORK DONE TO IT? If your car is in the middle of getting some work done, take the best photos you can and explain what you intend to do with the car in the comment section. Continue to update us with progress photos and/or up to date photos once your car is complete.

ELITE INFORMATION FORMULA TECH ELITE PAVILION & GRAND CHAMPION The Elite Pavilion is reserved for those entrants whose vehicles are truly exceptional. The Elite Pavilion entrants enjoy several privileges and benefits in exchange for having their vehicle on show. An air-conditioned Elite Retreat will give you a break from the crowds, and the best reward is a refund of your base entry price and automatic judging that comes to you! You can choose to be considered for the Elite display area on your entry form. This does not guarantee you will be accepted as we strive to have only the best of the best in the Formula Tech Elite Pavilion. Each bay is sized at 4 meters wide x 6 meters deep and acceptance into the Elite area requires Entrants to provide full display items, including flooring and fencing to a standard befitting the vehicle and event. $5,000 first prize for Grand Champion. Elite Entrants now receive two (2) additional passes for Friday setup. Also ensuring a smooth entry for entrants. ACTION ELITE In 2015, we introduced the Action Elite section, this is the step between the Elite Pavilion and Pit Paddock display areas. Action Elite cars will be on display and judged with other outstanding entrants in a devoted area, but will also be able to participate in selected driving events - including some of the Super cruises. Action Elite will be limited to 10 competitors. PIT PADDOCK The Pit Paddock display area is where the majority of our entrants display. We continue to strive to maintain a very high standard of entrants and therfore there is no guarantee that your car will be accepted. The Pit Paddock is fully grassed with several power boxes spread throughout the area giving access to 10-amp power with an average of 30m2 per vehicle being allocated. Clubs and Groups are advised to arrange their requirements early to avoid disappointment.

CREDENTIALS If you are accepted into Motorvation you will be notified via email as soon as approved. After this you will only be contacted via email as the event approaches. All tickets must be picked up Friday or Saturday at the credentials building. They will not be sent to you via email or post. Details of times will be emailed to all successful entrants prior to the event. PIT BAY ALLOCATION If you re planning on displaying with a friend or a group it so important that you note this on your entry form under the space for Club/Group I will be displaying with - if you don t, you run the risk of ending up on either side of our very large pit paddock. It is highly recommended that clubs and groups enter as early as possible to ensure necessary space requirements can be met. If your club/group intend to use significant tents or marquees in your area, you will need to ask us for your required size - so we can work with you to cater for this. Entering as part of a Club or Grouping does not mean automatic acceptance as each vehicle still must meet entry criteria. SHOW AND SHINE JUDGING OF PIT PADDOCK CARS Judging will be located next to the bar, which can be located on second avenue. The drive through aspect worked well for Motorvation 31 and we would like to continue with that layout. Time frames for Show and Shine judging will be announced closer to the event. DRIVING EVENTS Driving is the FUN element of the Motorvation 32 show! Each year, more entrants are keen to participate and drive their machines and we provide plenty of opportunities for this. However, there are clothing requirements for all on track driving, which include, fire-resistant material as a minimum please no nylon, long pants, long sleeve shirts, enclosed shoes and socks. Plus, a helmet meeting AS/NZS 1698:2006 as a minimum. If you want to the chance to prove your car goes as good as it shows, you can enter yourself into any or all our driving events including: BURNOUTS Burnouts at Perth Motorplex are the stuff of legends around Australia. Competitors smoke-it up in front of massive crowds at Motorvation! Competitors will need to bring it right from the get go with burnouts Saturday following into Saturday night. N.A Open competitors are fighting it out to win into the prize pool and blown competitors are battling for $10,000 to win! Please note Helmets are a must AS/NZS 1698:2006 Minimum. EXPRESSION SESSIONS Still having the yearn to burn some rubber There will be expressions sessions held over the Motorvation weekend. Friday night for ENTRANTS ONLY session, this will not be open to spectators. Time permitting, there will also be sessions on Sunday afternoon after 1/8 th Mile Grudge Match Racing.

1/8 TH MILE GRUDGE RACING Hitting into the old school 1/8 th Mile Grudge Racing on Sunday for a little fun to race your mates down the Drag strip, we will be throwing down some prize money for a winner takes all. We are working on the details now. Remember random breath testing will be conducted over the duration of the weekend. This applies to Drivers, Passengers and Crew. CAMPING Camping with your vehicle is an integral part of Motorvation for many Entrants and is something we all look forward to every year. If you do want to camp, you must let us know on your entry form. All Entrants wishing to camp will have a camping arm band issued upon entry to the venue and you must have the appropriate Arm Band on to stay overnight. Please make sure your area is neat and tidy before spectator gates open at 10:00am each morning. As always; No Fires, No Agro, No glass and the later it gets... the quieter it gets - please be mindful of your fellow campers. BUDDY PASSES If you want your friends to come for the day or stay for the night Buddy passes and Camping Buddy passes can be purchased when you submit your entry form. T-SHIRTS General Motorvation 32 T-shirts will be available for purchase during the event.
