BE SURE TO PRINT THE RELEASE FORM (LAST PAGE) AND BRING WITH YOU TO COMBINE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS RELEASE FORM AT CHECK IN, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE. Welcome to the 2015 All State Football Combine, produced by SCVarsity, LLC (SCVARSITY.COM). This event is the oldest independent combine event in the Southeast and has evaluated more than 4000 athletes. DATE OF EVENT: Saturday, April 25 th, 2015 INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN MAKE UP: Sunday, April 26 th, 2015 or Saturday, May 2 nd SITE: Brookland-Cayce High School, 1300 State Street, Cayce, South Carolina TIME: See Schedule within packet. Senior check in begins at 7:00 AM BENEFITS OF THE COMBINE While combine and camp companies are popping up like weeds all over the country, the question you must ask yourself before attending any combine event is simply what kind of exposure will I get from the event? There is no other reason for attending a combine event. Evaluations can be done in one-onone settings so the primary concern for you as an athlete and for your parents is about exposure. As we say, there can only be one of two reasons the guy that is ranked in front of you is there: he is either better than you or he got more exposure. The SCVarsity.com All-State Football Combine is second to none at getting exposure for the players. First of all, you have the benefit of the opportunity to get into the nation's number one football recruiting database on SCVarsity.com as a member of the Rivals.com/Yahoo Sports network. But we also put you in front of coaches. While Division I and Division III coaches are not allowed to attend these events by NCAA rules, Division II coaches are. We invite every Division II school in the country to our events and the coaches are on hand to evaluate you as a player. In the past four years, we have had 69 players leave our event with package offers from Division II schools and even more players who received offers after the combine exposure.

There will also be coaches on hand from the Shrine Bowl and North-South All Star staffs. Be mindful that coaches are watching you. Are we guaranteeing you that you will get offers? Absolutely not and if any company tells you that, they are not being truthful to you. What we do guarantee is OPPORTUNITY to showcase your talent in front of the coaches. Much like a job interview, we can get you the interview but you've got to get the job yourself. RESULTS POSTED Results from the All-State Football Combine as well as player evaluations will be posted on SCVARSITY.COM. You will need to be a subscriber to view the results and/or player evaluations. Subscriptions to SCVARSITY.COM is only 9.99 monthly. If all you want to see is results and evaluations from the combine, simply subscribe for one month and cancel if you do not wish to continue after that period. Subscriptions, however, are only 33 cents per day and you get the high school football coverage ALL YEAR LONG with SCVARSITY.COM, including video, database, player profiles, feature stories, top ten polls, team rankings, player rankings, and much more. To subscribe, go to www.scvarsity.com. THE VENUE AND VENDING We will be hosting the 2015 All State Football Combine at Brookland-Cayce High School in their new football stadium. Coolers are NOT allowed in the stadium. Players are allowed to bring hydration drink if they want but there will be none allowed on the field. We will have water available for hydration on the field. There will be a canteen open so parents and players are encouraged to bring cash if they want something to eat or drink while there. This will enable you to get what you need at the event without leaving the stadium. SCVARSITY.COM will have a tent/table set up with merchandise (t-shirts, draw string bags, etc) from SCVarsity and QB1. We will be selling ALL of our previous year combine shirts for $1.00. WHAT TO EXPECT After registration, expect there be some waiting to be going on between testing phases. There are 300 players to go through the process so depending on when you complete yours, there may be some waiting before skills drills. All Seniors will be getting a complete body analysis with the InBody520. Using the InBody520, our staff can measure Weight Lean Body Mass (LBM) Body Fat Mass Intracellular Water Extracellular Water (ECW) Current Total Body Water (TBW) Dry Lean Mass Body Mass Index(BMI) Percent Body Fat ECW/TBW Segmental Lean Mass (Right Arm, Left Arm, Trunk, Right Leg, Left Leg) Fat Control, LBM Control, Basal Metabolic Rate Impedance of each segment at

each frequency. This is all important information that can give college coaches and your trainers a very good look at your potential in terms of your body in relation to athletic/performance training. (An example of an analysis is in this package) All interior linemen (offensive guards and tackles and defensive tackles) will run a 20 yard dash for a 10 yard split INSTEAD of the 40 yard dash this year. WHERE TO REPORT Registration check in will be at the Brookland-Cayce High School Gymnasium. Keep in mind that ONLY rising seniors (Class of 2016) will be checked in at 7:00 am. ALL OTHER PLAYERS (Underclassmen) will begin check in at 9:00 AM As soon as you are registered, you will be instructed on where to go. You will be given a "score" card at the registration table. Keep up with that card throughout the testing phase. Camp officials will mark your results on this card and they will be taken up at the end of the testing phase. IF anyone marks on this card other than a Camp Official, you will be excused from participation in this event and no results will be posted. We will have staff on the field to assist you with warm ups but it is of utmost importance that you stretch and warm up properly. The last thing you need is a pulled muscle as we head into spring practice season. WAIVER/RELEASE FORM - IMPORTANT There is a waiver/release form at the end of this packet; please print this form and make sure it is signed by parent/guardian and in the hand of the athlete when he checks in to the event. IF THE ATHLETE DOES NOT HAVE THE RELEASE FORM HE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT and will forfeit registration fee. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU TO EVENT Release Form (you will not be allowed to sign in without the release form) Workout gear, shorts, shirt Cross training (flat/gym) shoes and football cleats. NO TRACK SPIKES Players are encouraged to bring their own snack/hydration - we will have water and canteen will be available. Quarterbacks are encouraged to bring one ball - make sure it is marked with your name on it Important Rules of Conduct at Combine These are all bold because they are all very important. Only authorized staff and visitors WITH an all-access pass will be allowed on the field and testing areas.

No parents or spectators are allowed on the field or in testing areas. Parents are asked to remain in the stands during the event. Unauthorized people inside these areas could result in your players disqualification from the event. All players are given a performance card to carry through the testing events. This card is to be given to coach at testing stations. ONLY a staff member can write on this card. Any player suspected of writing/altering card in any way will have all results scratched and not be allowed to complete testing. If you want a result from a testing event scratched, tell the coach who is writing on the card. You must wear your All State Combine Performance Shirt at all times during this event. If you do not have the performance shirt on during testing, skills, or one-on-ones, you will be asked to step out of line and not allowed to participate until that shirt is on. Please refrain from foul or offensive language. Please refrain from any offensive or racial remarks. We have a zero tolerance policy on this and you will be asked to leave the event. Please refrain from disrespectful remarks to staff and/or coaches. This is another zero tolerance policy. You will be disqualified from participation. FREE ADVICE There will be DII college coaches on campus watching this event. Remember, they are there looking for football players. This may be the first time and only time they see you so the first impression you give them will be the lasting impression. Look like an athlete. They are looking for football players - not rap stars or rock stars. Watch the language. Please try to communicate with one another without foul language. If we hear it, we will give you a warning. Be respectful. The camp staff, many of whom take time out of their weekend schedule away from their families to work this event, do not need to get attitudes from players. Remember this; you don't play for our team and we have no problem excusing you from the event if the attitudes get out of hand. Have fun. Many players get nervous at these events. Remember...its just football. It is the game you love, so relax and have a good time.
