The Honor Roll Ice Cream Celebrations began yesterday. Today 11th and 12th grade honor roll students will meet at STEP in the Sky bridge Conference Room.
Freshman class officers will have a meeting on Friday, in C208 during STEP.

Attention Watkins Mill The second fall play of the year 80 s prom opens Today at 7pm and runs every day until Saturday with two shows on Saturday one at 2 and another at 7pm. All shows during the week also start at 7. Tickets are 5$ for students and 10 for adults Thank you.
Attention Seniors: If you would like to submit a design for the senior class t-shirt, please do so by Friday November 20th. The submitted designs will be placed on the senior bulletin board. Voting will take place in the mixing bowl during STEP after Thanksgiving break. Please submit any designs to Ms. Young.
Attention Seniors! If you are interested in applying to be the student speaker at graduation, you need to act now! The deadline for submitting an application is Tuesday, December 1 st. You can get an application from Ms. Young. You must have it returned to Ms. Young by December 1 st. Applications submitted after December 1 st will not be considered.

All college bound seniors: In order to apply for financial aid in January, you and a parent will need an FSA ID. Get it now at fsaid.ed.gov. That s fsaid.ed.gov.
Today during STEP the Army National Guard recruiters will be in the Mixing Bowl to talk about careers and money for college. With the Army National Guard, you go to college first, and then serve after you graduate as an officer and tuition is free! Stop by the table in the Mixing Bowl for more info.
Stop by the College/Career Center today at the beginning of STEP to learn about ROTC Scholarships through the Navy. Go to college tuition free, graduate with a guaranteed job as an officer in the Navy.
Attention seniors: Watkins Mill will hold a daytime on the spot admission event for the following colleges on December 11: Frostburg, Morgan State, Shippensburg, Lincoln, Radford, the University of Baltimore and Trinity. All application fees will be waived for this event. Stop by the College/Career Center by this Friday to sign up.
Attention All athletes that played fall sports. You are expected to attend the annual Fall Sports Awards Night on Monday, November 23 rd at 7PM in the Auditorium. Our annual Alumni Day is December 23. We will welcome back the class of 2015 to visit with students and staff during STEP. There will also be a panel discussion featuring 10-12 alumni during 4th period in the auditorium for 9th and 12th graders where the alumni will answer questions about their first semester at college.
Topics discussed will include but are not limited to time management, daily life, what they would tell their freshman self, advice for seniors, roommate issues, playing a sport in college, scholarships/financial aid and more. much, much
