Goal 2: Improved Multi-Modal Access & Parking Items Added Increased the # of Parking Stalls by 7 (Increased by 4 in English Plaza and by 3 in the White Street Lot) Can potentially add 4-5 more spaces on White Street if the area in front of prior firehouse and theater is also restriped.
