Time: 8:30-12:00; 15:00-19:00 Venue: The National Aquatics Center Technical Meeting: The HMF/OC shall organize a Technical Meeting on 6 th March (24 Hours prior to the first competition of the Event), to be held at Press Conference Room of Water Cube. The FINA TDC Commission shall chair this meeting. VENUE INFORMATION The National Aquatics Center-Water Cube, Beijing, China. Seating Capacity: 4,500 1 1m Springboard 4 3m Springboard 1 3m, 5m, 7.5 and 10m Platform Dry-land training facilities with one trampoline and mats One scoreboard and one video board ATHLETE MEDICAL SERVICES Medical service will be available during the stay of the teams in our city, this will be available in training and competition facilities. The designated hospital is the people s Liberation Army No.306 Hospital. During training and competitions safe-guard brigades will be constantly on duty. DIVERS AND TEAM OFFICIALS SEATING Awaiting divers and their coaches will be allowed on poolside. There is enough space right on the pool deck to accommodate all participating athletes. EVENT INFORMATION DESK Event information desk will be placed on the first floor of the pool deck close to the North gate. ACCREDITATION, ACCREDITATION DESK Accreditation desk will be deployed on the official hotel lobby. RULES The FINA Diving World Series will be conducted under FINA rules. JUDGES Scoring: For the individual competitions, scoring will be in accordance with FINA Diving Rules D7.5. For the synchronised competitions there shall be 9 judges, comprising 4 execution judges and 5 synchronisation judges. The secretaries shall cancel the highest and lowest execution awards and synchronisation awards and shall then calculate the score in accordance with FINA Diving Rules D7.7.
PRIZE MONEY Each Event: The HMF/OC shall provide and pay prize money to a total of USD 120 000 at each Event to be divided between all of the 10 individual and synchro events, as follows: 1 st place: USD 5 000 2 nd place: USD 4 000 3 rd place: USD 3 000 Sub-Total USD 12 000 Total x 10 events = USD 120 000 Overall Prize Money: FINA shall pay the overall prize money of USD 870 000 to be divided between all of the 10 individual and synchro events, as follows: 1 st place: USD 30 000 2 nd place: USD 20 000 3 rd place USD 15 000 4 th place USD 10 000 5 th place USD 7 000 6 th place USD 5 000 Sub-Total USD 87 000 Total x 10 Events=USD 870 000 A diver participating in an Individual Event is entitled to the overall prize money only if he/she takes part in all the meets of the Series. If a diver for reason of illness or injury is forced to withdraw part way through an event, the athlete will be deemed participated and will still be eligible for the prize pot as long as they participate in the remaining legs. For synchronized events, overall prize money will be paid only if a national federation s team takes part in all the meets of the Series VISA INFORMATION Visa assistance will be provided to those National Federations that have completed the registration process in the FINA GMS by the specified registration deadline. This includes the submission of all mandatory data such as photo and an electronic scan of each person s passport. TRANSPORTATION Transportation between Beijing International Airport and the official hotel will be provided for teams arrival and departure. Beside this, ground transportation from the hotel to the venue will be also provided. Please be noted that the transportation will be available during 04-10 March 2019. ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

The official accommodation period will be as follows: Arrival: 04 March, 2019 Departure: 12:00, 10 March, 2019 Room Rate for Team Hotel (full board and lodging for extra person or day): Single: USD 260 per person per day Double: USD 220 per person per day Please note divers from the same federation who are of the same gender will be accommodated in twin rooms. Reservations for additional accommodation will be available and it will require charges for these nights. TICKETS All the audience/spectator shall pay for the ticket.
