Financial Summary: o Updates - Balance $20,820.18 - Sausage Sale made $665. - Upcoming bills to be paid: Face-off dinner (looking less than $500). Do not have the bill for the kitchen staff for the face-off dinner; as well as varsity apparel (approved in the January meeting). Also collected money for the optional shirt for varsity just waiting on the invoice. - Paid for: indoor space (due to the winter storms) $842, put the deposit down for Stella Maris $500, and $233 for modified coaches certifications. Gretchen Baumer 2 Questions: Q:How much do we end with each year? A: Roughly $13,000. This year could possibly be a little more due to a successful year. Q:Do we do a budget each year? A: Informal budget based on prior years numbers. We usually like to purchase a big ticket item. Previous years were the Varsity black outfits and red sideline jackets for both JV/Varsity. Parent use to give money each season for the jackets. This year we are looking in to purchasing sideline jackets for the modified teams. Q: Did we replace the pole for the Penfield banner? A: Yes, we have it. It will be given to Coach Smith prior to Stella Maris. Q: Will you send out concession results after the games? A: We are confirming things with global and over break if anyone helped out in concession they will receive an email of how much was generated.

Global Booster Update: - Annual Global Booster Club Golf Tournament will be Monday July 24th at Eagle Vale. - Concession Cart is available- Pete asked that we always use sidewalks or crosswalks when using the cart. Marlene Nesselbush 3 Website Update: - JV/Varsity bios and photos are updated on the website. - Great picture of this year s Seniors are on the homepage of the site. - Rest of the seasons calendar is up. - Will start working on getting modified player up on the site. It will be their name, graduation year and position. Danielle Akins for Marcy Wing Coaches Update: - Our 3 volunteer coaches need to be paid. Last years figure was $3,000. Would like $3,500.To be given to 1 Varsity Assistant and 2 modified coaches. We gained two paid positions from the district. Two boosters attendants abstained from voting. Remaining attendants voted YES to increase amount $3,500 for Coach Smith to distribute as he decides. - Rochester River Run is Sunday April 23rd. Only for Varsity. They will hand out water and cheer for participants. Optional for JV. Would like someone to take a picture of the team. - The District is paying for someone to man and run clock (possibly announce) for both boys and girls games. Could possible start on the April 21st game. Looks like it could be Randy Nellist. Wayne Smith Lacrosse Yearbook WrapUp: - $4,925 grossed this year. Sold 40 parent ads, 18 business ads for a total for 58 ads. Last year we had about 100 ads and raised a little over $12,000. - This year 125 books we ordered. - Really need a graphic designer for next year. Mark Brozost Art Petrone

Face-off Dinner Wrap Up - tabled to May meeting Denny Burdick Jeff Gobel 4 Spring Spirit-Wear Wrap Up - tabled to May meeting Question: Q; Was asked about uniforms. If damaged and who resposible for what? A: For uniforms new ones go to the higher levels first and old get passed down. For the Varsity black suits they are currently 3 years old, Coach Smith has 10 in reserve. If the girls damage the black suits or red jackets it on the family to replace. Julie Gobel JV Spirit-Wear: - Last year the JV team received $35 per player. - JV captain Sami Swistak designed t-shirt through Logo Spirit Wear. Shirt should be roughly $26. There are 18 players on the team - Boosters voted YES for $35 per player. Gretchen Baumer JV Team Building: - Last year we sent $1,000 for Dave and Busters. This year s team is small then their prior year. - This year looking to do Dave and Busters on Monday April 17th and Nerf Dart War at Your Sports Depot on Wednesday April 19th. Both options combine will be still under $1,000. - Dave and Busters should be $22.10 per person and Nerf War at YSD will be around $500. - Boosters voted YES for team building.
