Business Proposal My name is and I am presenting you with an opportunity to help me achieve my life-long dream of becoming a successful, professional golfer. With my hard work and passion along with support from my family I have had a lot of success in this game. Some of my accomplishments include: Completing a four year scholarship to the Southern United States Over 10 Junior wins in Ontario (MJT Tour, Optimist Junior Tour, Tyson Tour) NCAA victories (2014 North Georgia Invitational Winner 68, 72, 69) Low round 65 s in competition Full-time employment as a golf instructor for GOLFTEC Kelowna. Winning an $1100 paycheck at a mini-tour event in Oliver, BC Working for GOLFTEC has been an amazing opportunity, where I have learned the science behind my game and fine-tuned my swing. I have recently tried to Monday qualify for the Freedom 55 Financial Canadian tour event, shooting a score of 70(-2), falling 1 shot short of making the competition. Understanding that I haven t had the time necessary to compete at my best I am asking you for financial support to focus on my game and make my goals reality. I have a huge advantage off the tee averaging over 300 yards per drive. I won the 2017 Golf BC championship long drive competition with a drive of 367 yards edging out two time world long drive champion Jamie Sadlowski. I am confident that my overall swing is where it needs to be, but I need 100% focus to dial in my shortgame so I can compete at the highest level. I know that I am capable of and believe in the vision of what I can achieve. After you read this plan I hope you will help give me the opportunity to prove it.
Your Investment Opportunity Typically, players must first play on the Web.com Tour for at least one year to earn the right to play on the PGA Tour. Most players reach the Web.com tour by going through Q-School, which is a four stage process culminating with the Finals Stage. All players who reach the Finals Stage of Q-school (over 150 players) gain some type of status to play on the Web.com Tour the following season, with the ultimate prize being a promotion to the PGA Tour if you finish the season among the top 25 players. I am proposing a one-year plan of living and working as a professional golfer. I will be playing in frequent tournaments on professional tours, which is crucial for the experience and confidence heading into the Web.com Q-school. This plan will give me the best opportunity to make the Web.com tour and jumpstart my career as a successful professional golfer. I am committed to putting all my effort into improving my game on the course and also my physical shape off the course. This will take time and financial resources, I am willing to put the time in, but I will need the funds to make it happen. I project a total cost of $90 000 USD for the year to give me the best opportunity to achieve my goals (see Exhibit One). I will be selling 9 units in $10 000 dollar increments which will have a set payout based on earnings.
Return on Investments (USD) In appreciation of investing in me, I will reward stakeholders as follows: Units will be distributed at 100% of tournament earnings until I have status on the Web.com tour, or PGA tour, or until the unit is paid for in full then there is a 50/50 split. With status on the Web.com tour, investors will be distributed 100% of tournament earnings until the unit price is repaid. After repayment, there will be a 50/50 split of distributions between the investor and myself. With status on the PGA tour, units will be distributed 100% of tournament earnings until the unit price is paid for. After the unit is paid in full, there will be a 50% payout of tournament earnings until the investor gets a gross return of $100,000 per unit. Each unit will be renewed annually and have a guaranteed renewal option for 5 years after the original investment (current expiration 2023) Any endorsement earnings or unofficial prize earnings are not eligible for unit payout.
