This event is organized by the Lowland Nations with the aim of helping the Lowland Nations to develop new partnerships. The event will count for British BASS, Belgian, Luxembourg or Dutch Snow Points as appropriate and subject to the normal criteria.

ENTRY FEE RACES Entry Fee = 30,00 per racer per race/day Slope entry is included during the races After the end of the race the slope will go open for the general public and racers will no longer be allowed There is no training after the race and NO FREE ENTRY to the slope Supporters are NOT allowed on the slope The entry fees have to be paid NON BELGIAN RACERS : in cash on the captains meeting for the 2 race days BELGIAN RACERS : in advance by wire transfer for the 2 race days by the clubs where the racers are affiliated
ENTRY CRITERIA Each race is open to racers registered with their respective home nation meeting the age group categories U10 / U12 / U14 / U16 / U18 / U21 / SEN / MAS Each Nation has a specific quota: GBR, NED and BEL : 100 LUX : 30 DEN : 30 Each nation will determine their own entry criteria Entry procedures including additional national fees, if applicable, closing dates etc. will be published separately by each nation Entries should be made directly to the individual home nation, and via their national registration system, as applicable please refer to Contacts below. ENTRIES ADMINISTRATION Each individual nation will collate and to send their race entries, including reserves if any To lowlands_race_entries@snowvalley-racingteam.be By not later than Friday 7th September In an Excel format that at the minimum has the following information for each competitor Nation Last Name First Name Gender (M/F) Year of Birth National Rank (in Category) If a nation has remaining quota after the 7th September; the remaining quota will go to the nations that have a full quota. These remaining quota s entries must be made before 14th September.
SPECIFICS The individual races will be slalom format. The U10 and U12 racers will race with stubbies and are allowed to race with speed suits (cat-suits) The remaining age groups with 27 mm poles PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY Saturday : Prize giving for the 1st day race event : 15:00 Sunday : Prize giving for the 2nd day race event : as soon as possible after the end of the 2nd run Prize giving for the Nations Cup NATIONS CUP The nation that receives the most points during the event wins the Nations Cup. The top 5 of the categories U10,U12,U14,U16,U18,U21 and 21+ on Saturday and Sunday will receive points for the nation s cup. The nation that collects the most points during these 2 race days receives the nations cup. Individual slalom points per category: 1st : 15 points 2nd : 9 points 3rd : 5 points 4th : 3 points 5th : 1 point RULES The Race will be run in accordance with FIS rules. For issues not covered by the FIS the Jury will decide. During inspection racers must wear or carry their bib so that it is visible to show that they are entitled to be in the course area. Coaches and other personnel wishing to access the slope will be required to complete a race accreditation form and be issued with an accreditation. Inspection on foot by racers is not permissible Helmets approved for ski racing must not be modified in any way or have camera or other adhesive mounts and must be worn by racers at all times whilst on the slope.
