Colorado has lost the first two games, 14-2 and 9-3. After today's game, the Rockies will return home for a six-game homestand against the San Diego Padres (three games) and the Pittsburgh Pirates (three games), playing six games in seven days at Coors Field. FLUSHING MEADOWS The Rockies face the New York Mets for the first time this season will play the Mets in three games at Coors Field, Aug. 1-3 overall, are 88-100 vs. the Mets in franchise history, 33-64 in Queens. The 14 runs given up the Mets Friday are tied for the most ever allowed by the Rockies to NYM (4x, last: Aug. 22, 2015) the 12-run margin of defeat was the largest in franchise history vs. New York.
