Function Facilities The WACA Ground offers a range of innovative and unique function facilities. Opportunities abound at the WACA with exciting corporate entertaining facilities. Whether it be the atmosphere of the Willow Alfresco area that takes advantage of our unique Western Australian climate, or the magnificent ambience and opulence of the Bradman, we have a broad range of function areas to meet your every corporate function requirement. Are you tired of the impersonal four walls that categorise many function rooms in hotels and function centre? Well then it is time for a change! Facilities Boundary The Boundary has many variables which allow it to accommodate guest numbers up to approximately 500 persons (theatre style), and can be comfortably divided into Boundary North & South. The Boundary is located in the Lillee-Marsh Stand with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Ideal for the larger conference group, the more formal dinner, and the larger cocktail event with style, this room also features a variety of audio visual services to further enhance your event. Willow This premium split level function area features down-the-wicket views of the WACA Ground. This room is ideal for a range of cocktail events, buffet dinners, informal lunches and business presentations. Willow Alfresco Enjoy the benefits of entertaining in the true outdoor climate for which Western Australia is famous. This area is the ideal accompaniment to the Willow and affords you the luxury of an area perfect for cocktail parties and the less formal event. President's This represents one of the most outstanding corporate meeting and entertaining alternatives available in the Perth sports environment. With breathtaking views from the fourth level of the Prindiville Stand, the Presidents is ideally suited to business meetings, business lunches and functions with a different visual perspective. Bert Rigg & Bryant s These more traditional function rooms represent a range of options that fulfil all your business meeting needs. These rooms can accommodate meetings in various room configurations from 10 to 80 guests. Kim Hughes This is one of the most unique venues in Western Australia, allowing you to experience the atmosphere of international cricket whilst hosting your next business meeting or function with a difference. An invitation to the Kim Hughes in the Players Pavilion will be valued for any of your business guests or special clients. Bradman The Bradman lends itself to company board meetings, sophisticated cocktail parties, as well as dinners with class and character. To describe this room as simply a venue is to understate its place as a truly unique experience. In the tradition of the legend himself, whose name it bears, the Bradman is an ideal room for a great sense of occasion. 2

WACA Arena The hallowed turf of the WACA Ground was once considered sacrosanct. This is no longer the case. Available for approval at certain times of the year, the arena is opportune for selected styles of events, such as marquees, concerts, film screenings and exhibitions. Please note there is a vehicle speed limit of 8km per hour inside the WACA Ground. All organisers, guests and contractors associated with your function should observe this speed limit at all times. Venues that do not have an internal audio system require the hire of a microphone and spruiking box. 5

FUNCTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FUNCTION ROOM HIRE CONFIRMATION Tentative bookings are valid for an interim period of 7 days only. If confirmation is not received within this time, the booking will lapse without notice thereafter. As the WACA is a sporting and entertainment venue, availability of function areas is subject to match fixtures and other events. Whilst all efforts will be made to secure your booking please note a booking will only be considered confirmed upon issue of a formal event planner for your approval. PAYMENT DETAILS Unless a prior credit agreement is made, clients must forward Credit Card details prior to the said function, and will be invoiced (3) days post function - Payments are accepted via the following methods: EFT Credit Card Visa, Mastercard 1% Surcharge Amex & Diners subject to 3% Surcharge FINAL ATTENDANCE NUMBER The final and minimum chargeable number of guests attending the function is required by 12.00pm, (2) working days prior to event. CATERING The WACA has an in-house caterer, Delaware North Companies Australia. Nil food or beverages other than those provided by DNCA may be consumed on the premises as our in-house caterer has exclusive rights to venue catering. ADDITIONAL CHARGES/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS A 20% surcharge will apply on public holidays. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in a late-cancellation fee to the value of 20% of estimated event total to cover any preliminary costs that may have been incurred. Cancellations within 2 working days of the event will result in a late-cancellation fee to the value of the full food cost. PARKING / TRANSPORT (applies to non-match-day) In-Ground Parking: Limited availability. Enter Gate 2, Nelson Crescent. $5.00 per bay. SECURITY / LOSS / DAMAGE Should the WACA Hospitality Manager determine it is necessary to employ staff for the purpose of maintaining security at any function to be held at the WACA Ground, you will be advised in advance of any cost of employing such staff and charged accordingly. Delaware North Companies Australia or the WACA will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of merchandise and/or personal items left on premises prior, during or after an event. The function organiser will be responsible for any damage incurred to venue premises, equipment or fittings and will be charged for repairs, labour or replacement cost as necessary. HOUSE POLICIES Responsible Service of Alcohol Delaware North Companies Australia at the WACA Ground follows the Liquor Licence Act guidelines for Responsible Service of Alcohol. DNCA staff are instructed not to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years, or to guests in a state of intoxication. 7
