Attached is an outline of the activities, designated parent helpers and equipment needed. Please note there are a couple of gaps in Year 1 and Year 2. If you are able to assist with either of these activities please come and see Miss Ashby as soon as possible. Parent helpers who have volunteered to run an activity may like to meet Miss Ashby down at the park at 9am. This will allow you the time to run through your activity & instructions. Each activity will be run by a minimum of 2 adults. Children will participate in all activities. There are 7 activities planned for each year and the size of each group is 8-9 children. The small size of the groups ensures greater participation.

Equipment Transport Those parents who have kindly offered to help with the transport of equipment need to meet at the school s assembly hall by 8.20am. From there we will load up in the rear parking bay and transport equipment down to the park. Equipment Setup If you have volunteered to help set up and lay out the park ready for activities, please meet us down at the park at around 8.30am. Alternatively you can meet us at school and we will head down together. If you can help with this you may like to get in touch with your class rep. Parents bringing fruit it will be a great help if you can deliver supplies directly to the park.
