The following incentive amounts will be credited to your membership account for food purchases made in the restaurant in excess of your monthly minimum between the dates of June 1, 2014 and May 31, 2015. Full Membership: $500, Single / Single Parent: $450, Junior age 18-29: $350 Non-Golf / Non-Resident: $200, Social: $100 To receive the credit the member must fill out a form to accompany the application when it is turned in. There will only be one credit per new member.
