($30 early registration) Tentative Workshop Location: Wadsworth Middle School, 150 Silvercreek Road, Wadsworth, OH 44281 Dear Coaches: The Jammin Jumpers are hosting our Ninth Annual Jammin Double Dutch Workshop and Fourth Annual Jump Gymnastics Workshop. These workshops will be set up for individual or team jumpers. It will be a great way to introduce an athlete to double dutch or prepare jumpers for Regional, AAU, Nationals, Pan American, or World Competitions. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn Double Dutch entry, exits, speed, power, freestyle tricks, turner exchanges, DDC, Skip Traq technology, and hip hop. The Jammin Double Dutch Staff will perform a JUMP SPECTACULAR performance at the conclusion of the workshop. Our Jump Gymnastics Workshop is geared to teach beginner, basic, intermediate, and advanced jump gymnastics with jump rope application in mind for all jumpers. Gym doors open on Saturday at 11:30 AM for the Jammin Double Dutch Workshop and Sunday at 7:30 AM for the Jump Gymnastics Workshop at Wadsworth Middle School. No early entry will be allowed. There will be a coach s session to help coaches gain experience and ideas to coach their team. Adult Jump will challenge adults 25 & older. World Jump Rope judges training level 1 & 2 will be available on Saturday. Private lessons will be available on Friday evening or Saturday morning. Food is provided at our concession stand during all sessions on Saturday. Subway dinner is available for $7. The Jammin Double Dutch Workshop is limited to 300 participants and the Jump Gymnastics Workshop is limited to 150 participants with preference given to pre-registration. The skill level sheet is used only as a reference for coach s recommendation of jumper s skill level. The jumper must be able to perform every skill to be recommended for that level. This will help us in planning our staff for the workshop. Jumpers will be placed in levels when they arrive at the workshop based on trick demonstrations.
