Information These are limited indoor flyball competitions (sanctioned by the BFA) with a maximum entry of 42 open teams. Takes place in 2 rings on grass, one of which is a marquee. No refunds will be given unless the space can be filled. Some open and STARTERS will take place in the 2 nd outdoor ring All entries will be taken strictly in the order received. Each team will be treated as an individual entry [BFA rules 4.1 (g)] (4) Unless there are spaces, no entries will be accepted after the closing date. DIRECTIONS : POST CODE CW6 9EJ Turn off from A49 is just before/or after Murco Filling Station From North West - From M6 (Jnc 19) onto A556 (Northwich to Chester Road) to A49 junction at Sandiway (Petrol & Service Station). $ Turn left on A49 towards Tarporley. Polo club is approx. 3 miles along this road after you have passed Nunsmere Hall and main Polo Club sign (both on the left) then crossed A51 (Chester to Winsford road) at traffic lights. Continue to the Polo club s training ground on the Left. The club is past Coach Road on L, Garden Centre on R, then before a garage on L. Approx. 12 miles & 15 mins from M6 Jnc19 From North East From M62 West to M60 towards Stockport & onto M56. Travel West on M56 and come off at Jnc8 (A556) following the road towards Northwich & Chester. When reach A49 at Sandiway follow directions as above$. Approx. 18 miles from M56 (Jnc 8) From Midlands:- M6 (J16) West on A500 - towards Nantwich & Crewe. Meet A51 at Nantwich continue towards Chester. You ll meet A49 south of Tarporley, turn right following A49 towards Tarporley/Weaverham /Warrington/M56. After about 2.5 miles and before the A51 traffic lights (Winsford to Chester road) the Polo ground is immediately after a garage on the Right. Narrow partially made up road. Follow signs from A49. The ground is a short way down the drive and turn left into the parking area. Total 24 miles from M6 (J16). Alternatively could go further North on M6 to Jnc18 (A54, Congleton to Chester) going via Middlewich and Winsford which at A51 traffic lights meets A49. Turn left towards Tarporley and continue on A49 for approx. 2.5 miles. The club is on the left just before a garage. Total 14 miles from M6 (J18) From Wirral or N Wales:-- North Wales - from A55 south of Chester onto A51 taking the left fork onto A54 **at Stamford Bridge, towards Winsford, M6, Holmes Chapel & Congleton. Keep on same road taking a right fork to meet A49 at traffic lights where you then turn right towards Tarporley. The Polo Ground is approx. 2.5 miles on the Left just before a garage. Total 12 miles from A55/A51 junction Wirral M53 to end (J12) and follow A55 towards N Wales. Fork Left onto A54 then **as above to Polo Ground. Note: there is a map on our new website www.livewiresflyball.org under show information Show Rules and Regulations The Event organiser(s) reserve the right to refuse entries and admission to the event of any persons not in good standing within the BFA. No person shall carry out punitive or harsh handling of a dog at the event. Bitches in season are not allowed near the show area. Mating of dogs is not allowed. (4) A dog must be withdrawn from competition if it is : (a) Suffering from infectious or contagious diseases. (b) A danger to the safety of any person or animal. (c) Likely to cause suffering to the dog if it continues to compete. (5) It is the Team Captains responsibility to ensure the Team is available for their class and running order. (6) No person shall impugn the decision of the head judge or judges. (7) The organiser(s) reserve the right to make any alterations they deem necessary in the event of unforeseen circumstances. (8) All dogs enter the event at their own risk and whilst every care will be taken, the Event Organiser(s) cannot accept responsibility for damage, injury, or loss however caused to dogs, persons or property whilst at the event. (9) No alcohol can be consumed within or around the ring. (10) All owners/handlers must clean up after their dog. Anyone failing to do so will be asked to leave the venue. (11) If circumstances make it necessary that the tournament is cancelled, the organisers reserve the right to defray expenses incurred by deducting such expenses from entry fees received. (12) Current BFA Rules and Policies will apply throughout the Sanctioned Tournament.

JUDGING: Please name anyone from your team who is able and willing to judge a division, with their qualifications..
