USA league 2012-2013 season Referee procedures and game check in procedures.
Overview USA is using Got Soccer for game scheduling. Assignors are using Got Soccer for assigning, and are being paid for confirmed assignments as recorded in Got Soccer. Referees will check in teams using the Got Soccer game card. Referees will accept games and confirm assignments in their Got Soccer accounts. Referees will use Got Soccer to submit online game reports. Game report will appear as a pdf file. Team must use Got Soccer game card and NOT FYSA roster. Referee will keep game cards and guest player forms, and turn into USA
At Check in All rostered players will be listed for both teams For U 11 teams and older, guest players will need to provide referee with a signed guest player form and will be written in on the roster Players with a red line through name MAY be suspended. Check with coach if there are other suspended players. ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE VALID SIGNED PASSES Referees hold all passes during game, and return to coach at end of game, even for red-carded players.
Red Lined Players Players who have a red line on card may be suspended. Players with out a red line may be suspended. Verify with coach the eligibility of each player. If coach indicates that player is eligible, allow player to play. Referee must indicate on game report players serving suspensions even if they are red lined.
Red Lined Players continued Players may be red lined who have served their suspensions and it was not entered into Got Soccer before this card was pulled. Players may be suspended and not lined out because the card was printed before the player earned the suspension. Any player who plays who is red lined out must have an explanation on the report as to why he is playing.
Entering Online Game Report Select Report Option
input screen opens, Enter scores, PRESS SAVE SCORES
For red or yellow cards, or injuries select the option, and there is a drop down box.
After Player is selected choose infraction code, make notes brief, as details will be in the incident section.
For Guest player or coach who is ejected, injured etc. Select other from drop down box Blank box will appear Fill in guest player s name and pass # Continue as for rostered player If a coach, write down coach as first name.
Report injuries, use drop down box, and notes section should be brief, with full info in incident section.
+ symbol must be pressed to save card, or injury that was just entered.
Press Save Scores
Supplemental Info, fill in the boxes. Then press save supplemental,
Supplemental Report It is important to add all information that would go on a USSF Supplemental in the incidents section. Use the injury incidents for all injuries Use game incidents for supplemental on all red cards. Details must be provided here. USA does not need an USSF Supplemental, just all the information in this section.
League immediately has all info, and can not edit.
Incident tracking Got Soccer automatically suspends all rostered red carded players for 1 game with a red line through the name. If additional games are required they are added by USA as suspensions. When the next score is entered for a team with a red card, the line no longer appears through the player s name.
Incident tracking continued. Referee can enter scores, and additional info. Enter scores for all completed games. Indicate as an incident a player serving a red card, or a red lined player who participates. If a game is cancelled, indicate that in the appropriate area of the game report If a game is abandoned, indicate that in the incident section. Do not enter scores, but score can be placed in the incident section. Use the game incident section for all unusual incidents, including if the game appears forfeited. USA league will make final determination, so do not enter any score.
Paper Game Reports For the 2012-2013 Season, teams will provide referee with paper game report and Got Soccer game card. Referee will complete game report, and keep game cards Referee will submit paper game report, game cards and guest player forms to USAgamereports@gmail.com using the game number in the subject line.or fax to 1-866-279-4329
