Give us a call today to set up your EZ Pay account! 843-856-9000. 2015 CAR DECALS FOR RESIDENTS OUTSIDE THE GATE OR NON-RESIDENTS Residents who live outside the gates of Dunes West and Non-Residents are required to have a club car decal on their vehicle when entering into the gates of Dunes West. This decal allows you to come to club property only. If you cannot make our offi ce hours to pick up your decal, please email us at linda. jamison@duneswestgolfclub.com and state your name, address and number of vehicles in your household. BOAT STORAGE Thank you all for your help in getting the boat storage area cleaned up and organized. Just a couple reminders: Please pick up all trash around your boat. When done washing down your boat please roll up the hose. Please close and lock the gate when you leave for your own and other boat owners protection. Please put your 2015 Red Boat Storage Decal on your trailer by the hitch where it is visible. Lastly but maybe the most important: Park in your assigned space! If you get there and there is another boat in your spot, please call Neal at 843-881-8735 or 843-856-9000. All open spaces that do not have a do not park sign belong to another boat owner. If one person parks in the wrong space, it sets off a chain reaction that creates many more boats being parked in the wrong space. We only have a few spots left and we appreciate your help in always parking in your assigned space. The fall sign-up has started for men and women s teams. We re looking for all ages and levels for day and night leagues. Please contact Jack to get on a team. NEVER EVER ADULT TENNIS CLINICS Have you thought about trying tennis but didn t know how to get started? The Never Ever class is for you. This series is comprised of 4 classes held on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm on September 15-October 6th. You will be taught the basic strokes and rules of tennis by a certifi ed instructor. By the time you fi nish the series, you will be able to play tennis and maybe even join a league. The cost is $60 per person. The deadline to sign up is September 10th. If you need a racquet we can supply you with one to use while you complete your classes. To sign up please log into your account at cadw.clubautomation.com and click on register for classes. USTA ONE DAY JUNIOR TENNIS TOURNAMENT We re excited to be conducting a Level 5 one-day Junior Tennis Tournament Saturday, September 12th from 9am to 2pm. This tournament is for kids ages 10 and under. This type of tournament is designed to introduce kids to tournaments in a fun, no pressure atmosphere. CHARLESTON PRO TENNIS LEAGUE SEPTEMBER 11TH Just a reminder Dunes West will be hosting the opening matches of the 2015 Charleston Pro Tennis League. The Charleston Pro Tennis League is more like a Davis Cup event where you are encouraged to get loud. The fun starts at 6pm and everyone is welcome. We encourage you to arrive early as we are expecting several hundred spectators. If this event gets cancelled due to bad weather, then the matches will be played on Sunday afternoon. Hope to see everyone there. SATURDAY ADULT DROP-IN CLINIC The Saturday drop-in is held from 9am to 10am every Saturday in September and is for levels 2.5 and higher. You must have a good understanding of all of the basic strokes of tennis. The fi rst 30 minutes is comprised of cardio drills designed to improve your footwork and conditioning. The remaining 30 minutes is comprised of live ball drills designed to improve your point play for your league matches. The cost is $15 per person. You can register for the Saturday drop-in by logging in to your account at cadw.clubautomation.com and clicking register for classes.
