GENERAL NOTES / GUIDELINES Fields: All games will be played at the Sacred Heart CYO Complex. Most games will be played at the field furthest from the entrance. A few games (in the first few days of the tournament) will be played on the field behind the snack bar and picnic pavilion (Minors field). Team warm-up: The Sacred Heart facilities feature six batting cages, and multiple soft toss nets for use before games. Please do not use chain link fencing for soft toss, tee work, or pitching warm-ups. Each team will be provided 10 minutes on the field for infield practice prior to the start of each game, however, feel free to use any open field space for additional warm-ups. Parking: Please respect any designated No Parking areas throughout the complex, in particular, the area around the snack bar where emergency vehicles may need access. Other house rules: In order to provide a comfortable setting for our players and fans, Sacred Heart is a smoke-free, pet-free facility. We ask that all guests acknowledge this as well during the State tournament. Restrooms: The restroom facilities are located in the center of the complex, near the snack bar and picnic area. Develop a strong urge for sportsman-like conduct. Develop an understanding of and respect for the RULES. Develop courage in defeat, tolerance and modesty in victory. Develop controls over emotions and speech. Develop spirit of cooperation and team play. Develop into real, true CITIZENS. Best of luck to all teams we re looking forward to a great tournament! 9
