I. Introduction Tournamation is a Fishing Tournament Automation Software. The user may define the event, challenges, registration and direct payment into their PayPal account. On the day of the Tournament the software provides Weigh-in based on your tournament challenges. With ranking and weights displayed on the leaderboard. A. Configure Information - Enter the details for your event. 1. PayPal account email must be the email used to login to your PayPal account. 2. If you do not have late registration date and Late Registration Fee. Make them the same as the End Date and the Fee. 3. Save Event Information will log the information in the database Page 8
B. Configure Challenges Define the challenges of the tournament. Page 9
1. Boat/Team Competition Enable this if your anglers are organized by Boat or Team. Note: Otherwise the tournament is by individual Anglers. 2. Add Single Fish Species. a) Select the Fish Species. b) Select the number of places to be displayed. (Like 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd place.) Page 10

A check box will appear on the registration screen asking the angler if they are under 10? If checked the angler will be in the Pewee group. Page 12

V. External Link Copy and paste this link to your website. This will allow users to go directly to the registration from your website. Example: http://www.fishingtournamentsolutions.com/rhh.php?id=5 Note: Use this link on your web site to direct contestants to the registration page. VI. Buy Contestants A. Select the quantity of contestants that will register for this event. B. You may come back and buy additional contestants if you need. Note: there is no credit for unused contestant registrations. VII. Pay for the contestants at PayPal. A. PayPal will mark your event as payed. B. The event will appear on the GoFish Page. Page 14
VIII. Now you must setup your PayPal Account for Instant Payment Notification. A. See the document Setting For Your PayPal Account IX. XI. Release Hold Harmless Agreement. The contestant must select Accept to register. XII. Boat/Team Competition - Angler Registration. A. If you selected Boat/Team competition, during the configuration, than your anglers will be prompted to select the Boat/Team that they wish to join. 1. XIV. Tournament Day! A. Enter Fish Weight/Leader Board B. The Challenge screen list all Challenges for the Tournament. 1. Select Enter Fish Weight for the fish to be weighted.. Page 21
C. Weigh-in a) Select the Angler. b) Enter the weight and select Save. a) The system will return to the contestant list. b) The contestants with fish weights entered will not appear on the list for that challenge. Page 22
D. Leader Board I. Select Leader Board to see the ranking of the contestants by fish weight. XV. Customization It is impossible to include all of the variations of fishing tournament rules and challenges.
