LETTING IT SLIP AWAY: The Phillies have had a lead in 25 of their 36 games so far this season (69%) but have just 17 wins to show for it... Philadelphia s bullpen has blown eight saves this season (T-2 nd most in MLB), including five that have led to losses... As a team, the Phillies have a 7.00 ERA (28 ER, 36.0 IP) in the 7 th inning, 5.00 ERA (20 ER, 36.0 IP) in the 8 th inning, and 4.23 ERA (13 ER, 27.2 IP) in the 9 th inning... Closer Jonathan Papelbon has been the lone bright spot in the Phillies bullpen this season... He has converted 11 of his 12 save opportunities and is currently riding a 14.0- inning scoreless streak (since 4/5). INTERLEAGUE HISTORY: The Phillies have lost each of their last six Interleague games and nine of their last 10...
