First, she has worked extremely hard to improve her stickwork and her overall fitness. Christa is one of the most coachable players I have ever worked with; she can hear what you are instructing and put it to immediate execution. She has quickened her check and has developed into a stronger 1v1 defender while having confidence to direct the defensive unit. Katie Dolan Senior Attack/Midfield Towson, Md. (Towson) 2003 Tri-Captain MURPHY ON DOLAN: Dolan is a total player. She is fast, quick, possesses great stickwork, is a positive leader and a go-to player. She will play a significant role for us this season. Dolan will lead the attack with junior Purcell and together the duo is potent. Dolan loves a challenge and when pushed, she will come through for you. (Cherry Hill East) 2003 Tri-Captain MURPHY ON GAGS: Gags is one of the finest athletes I have ever coached. Her natural athleticism possessing superior speed and great agility coupled with a fierce competitive nature make her so recognizable off the field. Gags has worked hard to accept more roles as a leader on both ends of the field. Athletically, Gags can hang with anyone and will be used to mark down top opponents but she will also be expected to dominate our midfield in transition. UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND LACROSSE 2003 4 Brooke Garnett Senior Midfield/Defense Mt. Kisco, N.Y. (Horace Greeley) MURPHY ON BROOKE: Brooke displays something all coaches look for - size. Brooke is not just tall, but she has worked extremely hard to make the best of her attributes. She is strong and in shape. Brooke will be used in the defensive midfield and has improved in her transition game. She is also a good prospect to support the settled attack possessing a hard shot and a passion to go to goal. (Old Mill) MURPHY ON KJ: KJ has improved enormously under Coach DiArcangelo s coaching. What is most impressive about KJ is just how far she had to go to get where she is at this point. I might embarrass her by stating the following but it must be said...kj endeared tons of extra workouts, a nutrition plan and many, many long hours of extras to find herself athletically performing where we needed her to be. Along the way, KJ found great passion playing with a defensive unit that took great pride in her goalkeeping performances. KJ will be depended on to provide consistency and sparks when needed in the goal this season. 2002: Started all 18 games in the goal, made 162 saves, and allowed 168 goals for a save percentage of.490 recorded a GAA of 9.28 which ranked 21st in national statistics allowed only four goals against Davidson, and five against George Washington and Duquesne. 2001: Saw action in all 15 games, earning the starting nod throughout the season recorded 139 saves and a save percentage of.481... allowed 159 goals posted a GAA of 10.9 collected six ground balls. 2000: Started all 15 games... recorded 193 saves (sixth 14 Brooke Garnett Kelly Johnson

She is one our most fit players and accordingly we will benefit from the passion she brings to the field. Vizzi is eager to learn, always asking questions and always wanting to know more. Through hard work and perseverance, she continues to polish her stickwork. Vizzi s strength is her communication; she is vocal on defense and very much a team player.
