Please read the following information very carefully. ENTRY TICKETS: Your wristband, complimentary ticket(s) and car park label are enclosed or camping pass if requested. The wristband is valid for all 3 days as entry for you, and it must be worn continuously. The printed ticket(s) are passes for your guest(s) and there is one for each separate day for which you have volunteered. CAMPING PASS: If you have not requested a campsite pass you will require one if camping, please contact Paula Brown at the BARC office on 01264 882210 (direct line) or by email pbrown@barc.net MARSHALS ACCESS Please read carefully: Marshals are to access circuit from 07:00hrs via Gate 12 from Car Park 'E' (see map on enclosed car pass) the other side of the Lavant Road near Woodcote Corner. Please note - Your guest can only access the circuit from 07:30hrs only with their daily complimentary ticket. Anyone attempting access prior to 07.30hrs using a paper ticket will be prevented! SIGNING-ON: All Stewards, Clerks, Senior Officials, Scrutineers, Startline, Timekeepers and Paddock Marshals will sign-on in the Briefing Room underneath Race Control at 07:15hrs on each day, (this includes those who have volunteered for set up). Please collect your race radio from the same place after signing on. Friday, Saturday & Sunday for Circuit Officials - Sign-on will take place in the BARC Marshals Tent near Woodcote Corner where packed lunches and programmes can be collected. Sign-on will commence at 07:00hrs not before. OBSERVERS / RESCUE / RECOVERY RADIOS: Please ensure that all radios are collected at 07:15hrs 07:45hrs each day from the Marshals Sign on tent. Also please ensure that the radios issued to you are then returned to sign-on each evening, to enable them to be recharged.

MARSHALS COACHES: "Period" type coaches will be parked on track to take Marshal's to their posts from 07:45hrs. Those in the Pits/Paddock area, and at nearby posts are advised to walk to their location. Coaches will collect Marshals at the end of the day. NOTE: As per last year there will be a late finish (19:45hrs) Friday evening. SPECIAL CIRCUIT RULES: Lord March is very keen to continue the period feel of the meeting, which can only be achieved by everyone paying strictest attention to the smallest detail. Therefore, your full co-operation is vital in this matter. If because of this, you feel that you do not wish to attend the event please let us know as soon as possible. However, we are sure that you will all be keen to enter in to the spirit of this unique event and will thoroughly enjoy yourselves. No post 1965 vehicles will be allowed into the circuit, other than those previously authorized (e.g. Rescue Units, Breakdowns etc) these must not be parked anywhere around the Start/Finish section, or in the Paddock. Rescue Units, Fire cars and Breakdowns must immediately be taken to their post after sign-on, and may then only go on track under the direct instruction of Race Control. It will not be possible to switch locations in between sessions. Please note - Curfew for modern vehicles is 07.30hrs 19.00hrs, any movements outside these hours are to be via Gate 11. SPECIAL WHITE OVERALLS: The following procedures will apply, all under the control of BARC / Goodwood Staff. White overalls will be issued to all people who require them at Posts 1, 2F, 19F, 20, 21F, 22 & 23F at Marshals sign-on each of the three days to issue them. They will all be numbered and numbers allocated to names. They must be returned to sign-on on Sunday evening. Paddocks and Startline overalls will be collected from sign on and issued at Paddock Control by Christine Reddington. Observers and Flag Marshals may dress in period costume rather than overalls if they wish. Overalls are being distributed each day for people who may not do all three days. Should anyone not do Sunday, and then please return the overalls to Race Control on the day you finish. The overalls are Proban material. No one will be allowed in to the Paddocks unless they are suitably dressed. Therefore any Marshal who would like to take a look around at convenient times must remove their overalls to comply with the following standards. There is a dress code for all spectators, which consists of a jacket and tie, a sports jacket, or double breasted blazer with grey flannel or cavalry twill. Senior Officials are encouraged to wear a Trilby, flat-cap or bowler. Ladies are to wear period dress with the hemline below the knee. T-shirts and branded clothing of any type are forbidden. Umbrellas should be black and un-liveried, Macs and overcoats are allowed with the exception of anoraks. MOTORCYCLE SESSIONS: The same flag rules for cars apply to motor cycles, except that a special Le Mans start will be used again. AVAILABILITY: Unfortunately we are unable to accept anyone else on any day. Please advise the BARC office if you are unable to attend by returning your passes and instructions to BARC, THRUXTON CIRCUIT, ANDOVER, HAMPSHIRE, SP11 8PN.
