Day 1 Reception & transfer Airport reception. LUX***** transfer LUX***** reception and welcome drinks Lunch with drinks at the hotel Work meeting In the afternoon, transfer to Saint-Gilles harbour for a catamaran cruise aboard «Catananas», «Catapassion», «Lady la fée», «Cat Alyzé» and «Anti stress». You ll enjoy true moments of pleasure and escape in small groups with this catamaran cruise. Hoist the sails out of the port and taste the sweetness of boating along the west coast where a wide range of activities is offered...the malicious dolphins of the Indian Ocean are likely to come play in the bow wave of the boat for your own pleasure. A moment of pure happiness! By late afternoon, enjoy the sunset Creole dinner at the Marmite restaurant Walking transfer 10 Continuation in the hotel bar with a DJ and open bar Night at the LUX*****
Day 2 Hiking and canyoning in Cilaos The all group will be divided into small groups: a group of hikers (A) and one canyoners (B). Supervised by instructors (one for 15 participants), Group A will leave for a 4km hike toward Bras Rouge Waterfall. Concerning the easiest one: 390 meters of total positive elevation and 286 meters of total negative elevation. Group B will go by bus to the canyons Gobert and / or Mini Yellow Flower for Rappelling, small steps, and swimming. A safe combination of emotions and intense pleasures. Supervision is provided by qualified instructors (one per 12 participants). Around noon, the two groups will share their impressions over a meal (Creole picnic or restaurant depending on the weather). Around 1h30 p.m, the groups will separate again and exchange activities. At the end of the day, you will go back to the west coast by bus and arrive at your hotel in the late afternoon. Work meeting Technical Information This program allows you to discover several means of transport: Hiking, rappelling, driving on the roads of Cilaos. The hike is for everyone with a relatively low altitude. Initiation sites are accessible to all; they are fun and not sporting. Provide walking shoes, warm clothes, water, hat, sunscreen, small backpack, and protection against the rain. Maximum 60 people. The rent of a safety equipment and wetsuit, the lunch/picnic with 2 appetizers, 2 choices of cari, dessert and coffee will be provided and supervised by professionals (1 for max 10 people),, The picnic will be delivered on site. Gala dinner at «La Plage» restaurant with open bar. Moring demonstration, folk troupe and a DJ for late night Night at the LUX*****
Day 3 Volcano Rally 7:00: Depart from your hotel after a quick explanation of the day. Each team will receive a map of the island and a road-book with the different venues. With two or three cars, the guides will supervise the participants that are driving other vehicles. Road towards the volcano. During the morning, you ll discover the west coast through small roads and typical colorful villages. Then the participants will drive through the Nationale 3 that crosses the island taking them to the different sites and views of the Volcano : Nez de bœuf, cratère Commerson, Plaine des Sables, Pas de Bellecombe. Several puzzles and questions will be asked in the road book. In order to get the answers, the participants must interact with the population. By late morning, back to the Plaine des Cafres for a typical lunch. The awards ceremony will be at the end of the meal. Then, you ll be free to come back and continue your exploration of the island or go back to the hotel. Return of the cars at the end of the afternoon at the hotel. The service includes : Rental of vehicles, insurance, supervision, lunch with soft drinks, gifts given to the first three teams (Budget: 120.00 in total for the three winning teams), gas for the vehicles, a water bottle of one liter per person cup, breakfast (coffee, water, juice, cakes country, and fresh fruit). Walking transfer to the Copacabana. This restaurant by the ocean welcome you with its two dining rooms tastefully decorated (one indoor and the other one outdoor), its cozy bar and its gorgeous beach facing the lagoon of La Saline, the largest one of the island. Be ready for the Copacabana, the perfect place to be seen both by day and by night, especially when theme parties are organized. Everything is well thought out and planned for your own comfort and pleasure: paddleboats, kayaks and paddle for athletes; trendy boutiques for those who want a makeover or simply for those who have forgotten an essential accessory. Day 4 Survol, marché, paddle & départ The Must do (55 min) From the volcano to the lagoon, from the rivers to the waterfalls a panoramic view of the island! With its breathtaking landscapes and its astounding sceneries, Reunion Island (now classified among the wonders protected by the World Heritage of UNESCO) can be discovered through this flight. Fly over the volcano, discover the amazing naturally high ramparts and the steep relief of the 3 cirques (Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos), dive in the incredible Iron Hole, let the view of the rivers and waterfalls freshen you up, admire the lagoon and its turquoise waters a real journey in just one flight! This flight is the premium version of the Unavoidable One, to which were added the most beautiful rivers and waterfalls: Takamaka, a canyon of waterfalls; The White Waterfall, one of the world s highest ; The Ramparts River, a very deep valley ; The Wedding Veil ; The East River ; and more! Continue to the Hermitage market Walking through the market, you discover all the local products and those of the Indian Ocean zone: craft industry like Malagasy embroidery for example, florists and flower growers, herbalists, fishmongers, and street merchants selling tropical fruits, vegetables, and spices etc. You would be completely out of your element strolling in between the welcoming stands, taking out from your small paper bags some local specialities: samosas, bouchons, stuffed peppers, pepper drops, prawn fritters, and all kind of country cakes. Lunch with drinks at the Bassin Bleu Golf. Green Fees, and ½ series golf cart available Kayak and paddle in the lagoon Provision of kayak and paddle with monitors outside the hotel for a tour of the lagoon. With your quiet and green kayak, you will discover this world without disturbing it and get closer to the Nature. A state-certified guide that is familiar with the environment will supervise the trip: providing explanations on the wildlife and leading you safely through the treasures of the lagoon. No matter how experienced you are, you will enjoy sliding at water level while observing the exotic fish, tropical corals or enjoying the quiet and transparent water - In the late afternoon, transfer to the airport.
