Limited stalls available and will be first come first serve. Friday show office hours will be from 3 pm 8 pm. The show office will open at 6:00 AM on urday and day. No horse arrivals outside of 3 pm -8 pm on Friday, for those who have reserved a stall. All horses must vacate by day night. Arenas will be open until 10 pm Friday and urday night. Hot concessions will be provided. All dogs must be leashed. No alcohol allowed on William Woods University property. Classes will be held in the UPHA indoor arena Rowland indoor arena, separate from UPHA, will be available for warmup Additional outdoor arena for schooling Stalls are limited and will be first come first serve. Trailer parking will be limited. Those who will be stalling with us for the weekend will be asked to park their trailers in a designated trailer parking area away from the barns. The closest hotel to book is at the Baymont Inn and Suites on Cardinal Drive in Fulton. All exhibitors will need to supply proof of negative coggins. Out of state exhibitors will need a current health certificate by Missouri law All Pinto exhibitors will need to provide: A copy of the horses PtHA registration papers, a copy of the exhibitor s membership card, possible youth, novice or amateur card and lease forms if applicable. A pinto field representative, Karen Craighead, will be available the day of the show to assist with any last minute registrations or memberships; however, appropriate PtHA fees will apply. Pinto Classes are to be double judged and the All Breed Classes are to be single judged.
