No. 1 Call to Order and Introductions The meeting was called to order at 10:06 a.m. Introductions were made. No. 2 TRP Status Update/Announcements -March Notification Letters Staff reported that notifications were sent on 2/17/06 to 22 employers to start the 2006 TRP year on March 1. -Major Employer Summary Report Distributed The 2005 TRP year is working with 283 sites. All survey results have been delivered to employers. 115 TRP plans have been reviewed and with the 69 plans on the February agenda, the plans will be 65 percent reviewed. The 2006 TRP year report shows the suspension of the 2006 TRP survey. Comments from employers about no survey have been mixed. Some employers are pleased and others are disappointed they do not get to try for the 100% survey response recognition. The 2006 TRP plan due dates are listed in the employer notification letter to start the TRP. -TRP RTF Satisfaction Survey Distributed The survey to be completed by the TRP RTF members is used to provide feedback to staff concerning the structure and content of the monthly meetings. -Clean Air Fair 2006 Melissa Minerich, PAG TRP, provided an overview of the various events that will be held April 6-9. Poster and brochure order forms will be sent electronically to all TRP transportation coordinators next week. A sample brochure and poster were provided as information. -Status Report Late Surveys None -Status Report Late Plans None -Next meeting date: March 20, 2006 NEW - RTA Brochure was distributed to the members; additional copies are available if needed. PAG is now in an educational role regarding the RTA but can still arrange a speaker if anyone would like more information on the RTA plan at their work site. No. 3 Summary of meeting minutes for the January 23, 2006, meeting. accepted by consensus. Meeting summary was No. 4 Review, discussion and action on TRP RTF Members Attendance Report, 2006 Election Timeline and Membership Terms Ms. Hildebrand reviewed the election packet, members were asked to review the attendance summary for accuracy, the dates as identified for the process and the correspondence that would be sent to both major and voluntary employers. This election will be filling 5 seats for 2-year terms and 2 seats for one-year terms for major employers. The two voluntary seats are a one-year and a two-year term. Current members were encouraged to run for re-election and were reminded that the task force seat is designated for them as an individual and not as an employer representative. Employer nominations and ballots are allowed only one per employer. An employer with multiple sites in the TRP can only cast one nomination and one ballot. Beth Gorman moved to approve the 2006 election time line as presented. Richard Reetz seconded the motion. Motion passed. 2

Ms. Hildebrand also mentioned that staff had assisted with the project by providing TRP data and contact names for the TRP employers located in that area. Yolanda Parker, City of Tucson, announced that the Bike to Work Day, April 7 and is encouraging all employees to join the event. Yolanda had a few brochures available, but the event also will be listed in the Clean Air Fair information that will be sent out next week. Jenny Sirnio, Sun Tran, announced that George Caria was now the City of Tucson Transit Administrator. The position of General Manager for Sun Tran is being advertised.
